THIS IS A PRIVATELY OWNED AND MANAGED VILLA; WE ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH ANY HOTEL.
Our villa overlooks the beautiful Caribbean Sea with views from all 3 levels. The main floor consists of a living room with satellite TV, DVD and CD/Stereo. The patio off the living room has a wrought iron table and chairs for relaxing and taking in the view or just listening to the soft whisper of the palm trees.
The dining room seats 6; the kitchen is fully equipped. The laundry room and maid’s quarters are off the kitchen.
The Master Suite has a California King Size bed with a TV and private bath. The 2d bedroom has 2 full size beds and the 3d bedroom has one full size bed and a full size Futon. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Each bedroom has a balcony with outdoor seating.
The villa has air conditioning and ceiling fans; includes all local calls. Round trip airport transfers are included via private van.
The villa is staffed with a full time maid everyday except Sunday.
The villa is located at KM 16.5, on “Hotel Row” on the island of Cancun; it is part of a 36 villa complex “Cancun Concorde Villas”.
We are just a few minutes away from major shopping malls, restaurants, golf courses and marinas. The Mayan Rivera offers many attractions such as water sports, deep sea fishing, boating, and sightseeing. Tours to many destinations can be arranged by our villa manager either before of after you arrive in Cancun.
If relaxation is your thing – our complex has 2 beautiful infinity pools and one baby pool.
These rates are based on an occupancy of 6 or less; for each additional person over 6 please add an additional $250 per week per person. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required. The secuirty deposit will be refunded as long as the villa is in the condition you found it, no damage and no missing items. Pool towels are provided and there will b e a $20.00 fee for each towel not returned.
A 50% deposit is due at the time reservations are made. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Cancellation policy is explained in the rental agreement. We accept personal checks, wire transfer but NO credit cards.
