This is a great condo with a wonderful view, especially since it's on the eastern end of the floor. We have stayed in other units in Summerlin that were very nice as well. Some of them offer more luxurious furnishings, but the side windows and layout of this unit have made it our choice for our two most recent panhandle visits.

It's true this unit has unbelivable view of the ocean and beach along with great sunrises and sunsets (October visit). The photos accurately relfects the rental's appearance and amenities. We were happy to have a washer and dryer after traveling in Puerto Rico for 2 weeks prior. The unit was clean and well maintained with extra towels for bath, swimming pool and beach. Publix grocery as well as Tom Tumbs were nearby for supplies. Two eating places standed out during our brief stay. McGuire's Irish Pub for great burgers and a find, Sugar Beach Gourmet Burritos truck (across from Red Door Saloon) for freshly made burritos and nacos. We had just one little problem, the combination to the lock box was wrong but management has been notified for future tenants. I would recomment this property with a 5 star rating.

Great condo - lots of space! We really enjoyed the balcony - views were great for sunrise and sunset. Location is fantastic - beautiful beaches, close to grocery stores, and short drive to everything in Destin - but staying in Fort Walton means NO DESTIN TRAFFIC!!! We'll definitely be back.

It was our 3rd trip to the island and Summerlin. The condo had everything we needed, all we needed to bring was food & our suits. The condo was clean, well decorated and spacious enough for the family. The views of the Emearld Coast are hard to beat from the corner unit. We'll be back!!!

The view was great and the beach very nice. We used the umbrella and chairs everyday on the beach. The unit was clean and had everything we needed with one exception. The one thing that was not accurate was the listing of high speed internet. We could hardly get onto the internet and it was very slow. We actually went to a Starbucks several times in order to get on the internet. This was a disappointment because we needed to be able to use our lap top for my husband's business.
Owner response:The wireless modem had quit working. We now have a new one and it works just fine.
