This Quaint little house is located just off the 307. We are part of the small community Chemuyil. If you are interested in really living the Mayan culture, then this is the place for you. You will have access to the private beach that is located just on the other side of the 307. Private due to the fact that it is a turtle sanctuary meaning no resorts in sight. It was also voted the 2end nicest beach in Mexico and 4th in the world. Enjoy privacy while sun bathing or snorkeling. Located just a short 10 min drive is Akumal where you can find the best snorkeling in all the Riviera. 10 min south you will find the Tulum ruins, and only 3km away is Xel-Ha. Great for people of all ages.
