This is by far the most unique custom beachfront home available for rent on the Central Coast. Stunning white water views from this contemporary, cutting edge, residential masterpiece. The house offers over 3200 combined square feet of luxurious quality with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, as well as a private guest cabana which includes the fourth bedroom, fourth bathroom, kitchenette, fireplace and surround sound entertainment system. The location is terrific, in an oceanfront neighborhood. There are miles of walking and bicycling trails, along with miles of beach to enjoy!
The interior is comprised of custom over-sized mahogany entry doors, travertine flooring and tile throughout, rich Masland Berber carpet in the bedrooms, Marvin windows, Kohler fixtures, skylights and abundant natural lighting. The great room has dramatic pitched ten foot beamed ceilings, a Sparkfire three sided pier natural gas fireplace with a gorgeous walnut and zebrawood wrapped mantel, and a top of the line 52 inch Sharp HD Aquos 1080p LCD flat screen television with full motion mounts. There are Speaker Craft two way ceiling speakers attached to a multi-zone system with custom keypads all throughout. The home is well protected with a built in security alarm.
The Kitchen consists of an extra large 5’ x 8’ multi-purpose island with CaesarStone countertops and Zebrawood seating area. There is hand blown cable pendant lighting above kitchen and island. The cabinetry is a unique grey walnut with soft close drawers. The appliances are all stainless, including: Sub-Zero built in refrigerator, Miele double ovens, Two Fisher Paykel dishwashers, Dacor 48 inch six burner range top with griddle option, and a sharp microwave. There is a secondary prep sink, Kohler fixtures, a high efficiency reverse osmosis water filtration system, a pass through window to outside BBQ area, and a top of the line Sharp Aquos 32 inch LCD HD flat screen television.
The master bedroom suite also has white water views from sitting area, bedroom, and bath. There is a private sitting area with natural ledge stone Majestic gas fireplace, and a private entry patio. The master bathroom features bamboo cabinets, SPECTACULAR 10’ x 6’ walk-in shower with a mosaic glass wet floor, three separate shower sources including 12 inch rain showerhead, a commode and separate Kohler bidet, under floor electric heating, Whirlpool therapeutic spa massage with separate thermal air feature, automated skylights, and custom lighting throughout.

This house reflects the careful owner and we appreciated the technology built into the house. Comfortable bedrooms, sleek bathrooms and a fantastic kitchen thoughtfully supplied with basics. The outdoor fireplace and unusual landscaping contributed to the uniqueness of this well located and well managed house. We enjoyed the dunes and beach a short walk away, and the town of Morro Bay has excellent restaurants and a great fish market. Local kayaking, a trip to Hearst Castle, exploring San Luis Obispo, visiting elephant seals, cooking and relaxing, we and our grown up children thoroughly enjoyed the week. The local manager was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Best place ever!! I had a surprise for my husband and had all the children and grandchildren and there was plenty of room, it is right at the beach and very conveniently located otherwise as well. The management company was very helpful and considerate. We will be doingbthis same thing here once a year from now on.

You can really tell that the owner maintains this VRBO as a second home - everything is high quality. Definitely a lot of pride of ownership and attention to detail. (No Costco TP here!) The pictures are extremely accurate. Everybody in our group who has stayed at a VRBO has said that this was hands-down the best (in terms of the home itself). Everybody brought small items from home based on "missing" items at previous VRBOs, but nothing was needed. Since we had four couples, each bedroom having its own bathroom was *really* nice, and the shower in the master bath was incredible. Having the 4th BR be isolated from the main house was useful, as we had one couple who preferred sleeping in. Kitchen was really great for prepping/cooking for a group our size. Having 2 dishwashers seems like an overkill at first thought... but let me tell you - very, very useful (again, you can tell the thought that went into this) Location is fabulous - easy access out the back to the sand dunes. Only thing I would change is having a little later check-out. A bit tough to get everybody up, grab some breakfast, pack up and out.
