Well Equipped 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Waterfront home in the very heart of Ft Lauderdale in walking distance to the beach and located on one of the famous Las Olas Isles. This large and spacious home is a true mix of all you can ask for. The eat in kitchen is a happy and social place where the whole family can gather around and enjoy the a meal or enjoy a ice cold drink while the chef prepares the meal. There is also a formal dining room if you prefer. There is a large TV/family room in between the formal living room kitchen which is open plan.
If you prefer, you can hide out in the formal lounge which is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows with magnificent gardens and water views ( a truly quiet, peaceful and relaxing space). The deck is really special - it is surrounded by lush gardens and magnificent water views with soft peaceful lighting - the perfect place to catch a sunset and just relax, read a book or enjoy a glass of wine or BBQ with family and friends. The bedrooms are all a good size with ample closet space. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a large en suite bath and an outdoor shower. Downstairs there is a guest bedroom with a queen sized murphy bed, small office desk and en suite bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed and shares a jack and jill bathroom with the fourth bedroom which has two twin beds. All the linens and towels are superior 400 thread count and the rest of the house is in keeping with this quality.
The house is located on Las Olas Isles and is walking distance to the ocean. You are also a short walk to Las Olas Blvd. Being just off Las Olas Blvd you are right in the heart of Ft Lauderdale and close to the best of everything Ft Lauderdale has to offer. You are close to malls, downtown, cafe's, bars, restaurants, shopping, fishing, swimming, water sports, live theatre, movies, etc. You are also a short ride to the airport and 5 minutes from main access to interstate freeways.
