Our Casita has incredible ocean views right out our living room door. Lots of interior colors and nice decor which give you a great atmosphere of Mexico! Just being away from home and on the beach which you will love!!
You will enter through a beautiful courtyard in front with tall palm trees and great setting! Condo has upper and lower tiled patios perfect for entertaining, BBQ and laying out in the warm sun! Colorful planter beds in patio and casita offers a fireplace on upper patio! Enjoy a walk on the deck out to the beach for a swim. This is a private beach- no off road vehicles allowed -just beautiful sunsets and relaxation!
This is a wonderful place for two couples to come and enjoy this wonderful beach home!

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There are many things to do. All you have to do is head towards Old Port, the downtown area. Great places to have lunch, I enjoy Flavios, right on the water and a very friendly staff, not to mention great food. Dinner, Friendly Dolphin, Hacienda del Fuente, on the hill at the Lighthouse for great jazz as well, or Casa Capitan. The Latitude 31 is great for a sports bar and good food. You will find your own special places to relax and enjoy.

I have always loved the Sea of Cortez. My parents visited this area when I was a child and this area has always been a part of my life. In 1985 we had the Casita built and have thoroughly enjoyed and love spending time away from our other life, a great place to run to. This Casita has always been a special place for our family to enjoy. We love the people, friendly smiles, hard-working and humble. Where else can one go and have the shopping come to you. All it takes is a nod yes or not.

I stay at this Beach condo as much as the owner lets me. Nothing like it in Rocky Point. Comphy, plush & funky cool. Everything you need is here. Decor is soothing colorfull, and beachy! Beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Its always spotless & welcoming. Pictures dont do it justice. Love the beach right out your door and the big patio is wonderful to just BE and watch the dolphons and have a drink. I would live there full time of I could. I recommend to my friends and EVERYONE. Best Vacation spot in RP! Thank you for always a great time..Im in Love with this condo, and Rocky Piont!

We had another perfect 3 day getaway at Peggy's charming casita. Everything you would ever want is there and more. Perfect, fun barbequing on the patio, watching the beautiful sunset and having brunch at Flavios every A.M. We will be back again and again!!

Peggy's place is charming and comfortable and just as pictured! The condo is well appointed and I felt immediately "at home". It was delightful to view the Sea of Cortez right from the living room, to sit on the patio for breakfast and coffee and to walk down a few stairs and be on the beach. The pelicans and other sea birds put on a terrific show. The beach peddlars are friendly and have interesting wares to sell. We even got some tamales delivered to us! I took Peggy's advice and had a good meal at Flavio's. I also recommend Mary's. I have been traveling to Puerto Penasco for 20 years and the Las Conchas location is very convenient to all that the Old Port has to offer. I hope to get back soon, it was a very good trip.

This was my first experience with Peggy's casita but what a pleasant one it was! I have been going to Penasco since the days when you could tent camp on Sandy Beach, but this was by far the most relaxing and effortless stay I have experienced since discovering the Old Port. The casita was just as Peggy described it and better. It was clean and well stocked with all the things you don't anticipate needing and usually have to run out to get. If you like tacos de pescado, the best in Rocky Point can be found at La Cocina de Ramon in the central district. To my knowledge Ramon is the only chef ( and he is a local iron chef) that uses the sweet trigger fish that is lightly battered. Adding the chipotle sauce makes this a treat you crave every time you come to town. As you are coming in on Jose la Ortiz, take the first light to the right an look for the sign on the left about a half mile down just south of Simon Morua. You wont be disappointed with anything on Ramon's menu and not many gringo's know about it. Not like La Curva although the food is just as good. Immerse yourselves in the local culture and you will have a wonderful experience. The residents of Rocky Point are amazing people who get by on very little yet they have a family structure people in this country can only dream about. You would do well to get to know them. I got to know the family of Efren and Rosa Ceballos Reyes from buying jewelry and pottery and gained a wonderful friendship. I am definitely looking forward to returning and being able to visit my friends again

My two daughters and I were looking for a quiet & comfortable place to stay as we observed the 1st anniversary of my husband/their father's passing. We couldn't have asked for a more inviting and wonderful home. The house is immaculate and the decor was fun and lively. Everything felt just right on that special Sunday morning as we sat on the patio drinking coffee and reminiscing. It didn't hurt that the view is incredible and it's only a few steps before you're sinking your toes in the sand. Peggy, you are a wonderful "absent" host and we appreciate everything to do to make sure your guests enjoy their stay. Thank you!

Peggy's Place is tastefully decorated with all the extra comforts of home even fresh water (5 gallons) for the renter.

We just returned from our 4 day stay in this beach front casita. It is beautiful! Wonderfully decorated, right on the beach, very clean and wonderfully stocked. It is close to town, so getting in and back was no effort. Security cruised by often and it was very quiet. We are trying to plan when we can go back. Thanks Peggy!

We had an awesome time! What a great little place.... Right on the beach! that is the way to go ... wake up and walk right out. we had everything we needed -and few things we didn't know we needed! We will be back!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this charming casita in Rocky Point. It had everything we wanted and more! To be right on the ocean was incredible, the water was perfect, lots of places to take walks and then come back to our patio and grill our dinner! Loved Flavios for brunch and the Lighthouse is a wonderful place for dinnner, within minutes of the condo. We are going back in a month and can hardly wait!!
