Rarely available size for Manhattan, it is beautifully appointed, custom drapes, and beddings, all new baths that are marble and new glass kitchen cabinets. the view faces South/West so you see the Hudson River and downtown skyline. From the 28th floor, that is magical. If you want to stay in luxury, this is it.

Why the Owner Chose Midtown
This location is ideal in many ways. I raised my daughter on the Upper West Side of Manhattan an d it is a perfect for raising children, there are many schools in the area and lots of children activities. It is called the "Bedroom of Manhattan". Now that she's grown and on her own, I like to be in the center of town. I enjoy all the wonderful activities that midtown has to offer. Theatre, Lincoln Center, many movie theatres,and eclectic restaurants everywhere. Whole Foods, the premier health food supermarket in a block away, in the famous Time Warner towers and mall. Across the street is the beginning of Central park so close for a stroll or a bike ride.I also love that the major trains and busses are right at my doorstep.I couldn't ask for a better spot to buy in.
