This home looks westward across the 6th fairway of the Tahquitz Creek Golf Club toward the 8500 ft. Mountain Station of the Palm Springs Tram, which connects by trail to the 10,830 ft. peak of Mt. San Jacinto. Enjoy cocktails while watching the mountain sunset or the ascending tram from either of two covered patios.
The home was completely remodeled in 2006 with an open floor plan. The kitchen has granite slab counter tops, maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also has a large island with seating so you can converse with family and friends while preparing refreshments and meals. A dual gas log fireplace links the living and dining rooms. The master and guest bathrooms have walk in showers, glass tiling, maple cabinets and counter tops, glass basins and metal sheathed walls. Polished concrete floors throughout are separated into areas of various complementary earth tones. The home looks out onto the fairway and mountains across a salt water pool through four sets of French doors.
There are three outdoor living areas of 1500 sq ft. The 625 sq. ft. entertainment patio has a wood planked ceiling, full kitchen (BBQ, H & C sink, refrigerator, wine cooler and ice compartment) with eating and seating zones looking out to the pool, fairway and mountains. Another wood ceilinged patio runs the length of the living and dining rooms, with its own eating and lounge settings. Also, there is a large private citrus garden off the master suite with its own outdoor shower and two relaxing waterfalls.
The living room has a large screen HDTV, DVD and stereo, which also controls independent speakers on the two patios. All 3 bedrooms have TVs and DVDs. The master suite has a queen bed, walk in closet and modern bath, which looks out to the private citrus garden. One guest room has a queen bed, while the other guest room has twin beds.
The home, on a 1/4 acre lot, is located on a quiet street in a limited access neighborhood, with no power lines to mar your multiple vistas.

This home has an amazing outdoor living space with outstanding views of the mountains. Inside and out, we have every convenience and amenity at our fingertips. We highly recommend this home and plan to return.

Our family has rented this beautiful house on the golf course multiple time. Why? Becasue it is an outdoor lovers dream. We love grilling in the early evenings after spending the entire day in the pool. We love to watch the sun drop behind the mountains as the warm evening arrives and then play cards at the outdoor dining table. There is plenty of yard room to play yard games and to spread out on the grass. The pictures don't do the outdoor living area the true justice! The golf course is in excellent condition and the prices are right on. The marshals will even bring you back to the house if your wife is at the Outlets! Although we spend the majority of our time in the backyard -- the kitchen, living rooms and bedrooms are well appointed, clean and as well decorated as the outside! This is a great place that really brings the outside and the inside together.
