The floor plan is bright, open, and very family friendly sleeping up to 12 people and offering entertainment for all ages on separate floors. The main floor has a dramatic 2 story ceiling with living, dining and kitchen areas. Enjoy preparing meals in the fully appointed, very spacious kitchen, dining with family and friends in the beautifully appointed dining area which seats 8-12, lounging around on the large sectional sofa watching TV or taking a cat nap, or roasting marshmallows by the 2 story stone fireplace.

There is plenty to amuse everyone including: watching your favorite sporting event or TV show on the 37” LCD TV with High Definition DirectTV receiver, watching a DVD movie, or listening to your favorite XM music channel. After relaxing après ski with your favorite beverage by the fire, ascend the dramatic spiral staircase to a private master suite and bath, or simply escape to read a book on the private upper deck. Let the kids enjoy the entertainment area on the lower level with a 51” projection TV, Playstation 2 gaming system, DVD player, and gaming and movie library.

And, don’t let the kids miss the secret hide-out beneath the staircase! Additionally, the lower level includes 2 sleeping areas, full bath, and laundry room. Outside of the house couldn’t be more fun. The decks have two separate dining areas with seating for 12 and plenty of room to entertain. Enjoy quick access to some of the best hiking and views in the area. Within 20 minutes you can be standing on “The Cliffs” taking in gorgeous views of the Shenandoah Valley or sitting creek side enjoying the cascading water flow over Laurel Springs Waterfall.
