  I really enjoyed this property. The house was a little ways than we expected away from the Strip but no problems. We love the fact that was located close to shopping stores. One queen bedroom was very hot like a sauna on bottom floor. The overall stay was great! I would come back to this property despite some little glitches. I would recommend this property.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  We are fortunate to find such a big house for 22 people for Family Reunion. We have a great time! Thank you! Even better if the owner can replace the old, dirty carpet. Just a suggestion.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Due to the fact that we had guests coming at the same days as other guests departing ( holidays are very busy for our kingdom) we did not have the opportunity to clean the carpets. But, as of right now the carpets have been professionally cleaned and it is all in perfect condition for our future guests.

  We had a large group stay here for 5 nights - 21 adults and 11 children. The house was big enough for all of us and more. It allowed us a lot of time with each other and reduced the coordinating time/effort for a group this large in a hotel. Ample parking for all our cars as well. Close to several attractions in the area and only minutes from the Strip. We had a great time here. The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious. No complaints from anyone. The owner was available every time I tried reaching him before and during our stay. I would recommend Vacation Kingdom to anyone that wants to stay in a top of the line property. Ideal for family get-togethers and big groups upto 35 or so.

  I have rented vacation homes in the pass, this one was the best yet, all the photos are accurate but they don't begin to show the true beauty of this property. The price was lower Than expected for such an exceptional house. I used this property for a getaway for my husbands 40 th birthday, I wanted to make him feel like a king for a week. And this house truly was his castle. Very clean the owner was very nice and prompt. Absolutely no worries, I will definately be renting in the future. On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate it a 12+

  We had a wonderful experience renting this gorgeous house in Las Vegas. It was a last minute trip and the owner was so nice and accommodating, it made our vacation that much better. The house was everything we could ever want in a vacation home, gorgeous pool and spa, stunning view and the neighborhood felt extremely safe! I enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying at this property for a nice, relaxing getaway!!

  9 couples spent 3 nights at this property. It was a perfect place for our event and the inside of the home looked just like all the pictures. With 18 people over the course of 4 days and 3 nights there was plenty of space if you wanted to have a little privacy and rooms large enough for all of us to gather at one time. Pros; The Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and eating enough plates, glasses and silverware etc.. for everyone and more. It's a little off the beaten path if you want to spend a lot of time on the strip. but only because there is a lot of traffic in Las Vegas, it take a while to get anywhere. Cons; I was expecting the bathrooms would be furnished with towels and hand soap in each of the bathrooms, like at a hotel, so be prepared to furnish your own. The owner was very easy too work with, I recommend this property if you are looking for a place to accommodate a lot of people. It will definitely sleep more than 18 people. I will consider this property again for another event in Las Vegas. A great place for a wedding.

  we had a wonderful, relaxing time. the home is pleasantly decorated and has wonderful furnishings throughout. it is very clean, spacious, bigger than anticipated. the drive to the Strip was short and enjoyable. the Strip views from master bedroom balcony were gorgeous. we loved staying there. the owner was friendly and helpful. we will return next year!!

  30 of my close friends and family members stayed at the property and we absolutely had a blast. The house is beautiful and in immaculate condition. Vacation Kingdom was everything the owner promised and much, much more. The property was very clean and spacious. I would recommend Vacation Kingdom to anyone that wants to stay in a top of the line property.

  Once a year we select a place to meet and arrive from around the country. We have been to Miami, Ft Lauderdale, and New York and this house is the best one yet! We truly felt like we were in a Castle. I highly recommend this place for anyone travelling with a big group. We were 8-10 minutes away from the strip. Walmart and Target are close by for stocking the kitchen. The movie theater was perfect for playoff football. The beds were big and comfortable. The house is situated in a small gated community of 5 or six homes. The neighborhood outside the community seems secure and safe. As others have stated there are some minor fixes that need doing (loose molding, cracked window, etc.) but overall this place is a super enthusiastic thumbs UP!!!
