9 couples spent 3 nights at this property. It was a perfect place for our event and the inside of the home looked just like all the pictures. With 18 people over the course of 4 days and 3 nights there was plenty of space if you wanted to have a little privacy and rooms large enough for all of us to gather at one time. Pros; The Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and eating enough plates, glasses and silverware etc.. for everyone and more. It's a little off the beaten path if you want to spend a lot of time on the strip. but only because there is a lot of traffic in Las Vegas, it take a while to get anywhere. Cons; I was expecting the bathrooms would be furnished with towels and hand soap in each of the bathrooms, like at a hotel, so be prepared to furnish your own. The owner was very easy too work with, I recommend this property if you are looking for a place to accommodate a lot of people. It will definitely sleep more than 18 people. I will consider this property again for another event in Las Vegas. A great place for a wedding.

we had a wonderful, relaxing time. the home is pleasantly decorated and has wonderful furnishings throughout. it is very clean, spacious, bigger than anticipated. the drive to the Strip was short and enjoyable. the Strip views from master bedroom balcony were gorgeous. we loved staying there. the owner was friendly and helpful. we will return next year!!

Once a year we select a place to meet and arrive from around the country. We have been to Miami, Ft Lauderdale, and New York and this house is the best one yet! We truly felt like we were in a Castle. I highly recommend this place for anyone travelling with a big group. We were 8-10 minutes away from the strip. Walmart and Target are close by for stocking the kitchen. The movie theater was perfect for playoff football. The beds were big and comfortable. The house is situated in a small gated community of 5 or six homes. The neighborhood outside the community seems secure and safe. As others have stated there are some minor fixes that need doing (loose molding, cracked window, etc.) but overall this place is a super enthusiastic thumbs UP!!!

30 of my close friends and family members stayed at the property and we absolutely had a blast. The house is beautiful and in immaculate condition. Vacation Kingdom was everything the owner promised and much, much more. The property was very clean and spacious. I would recommend Vacation Kingdom to anyone that wants to stay in a top of the line property.

We stayed at this gorgeous home and it was more than what we had hoped it would be. The extremely spacious home has a GORGEOUS view of the Strip from the balcony that was worth every penny. The owners were very helpful before we arrived and were more than accommodating regarding our late check-in/out schedule. We were a party of 12 adults, a toddler and an infant and had more than enough sleeping, bathing and living space to satisfy our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again. Highly recommended to anyone!

This was a wonderful home to stay in during our family vacation, even better than the photos provided. Very convenient to the Strip, shopping and restaurants - the owners were very easy to work with they answered any and all questions promptly - I felt like I knew them. The home was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back and will recommend it to all of our family and friends.

This house was more than we anticipated when we walked through the door. It is beautiful and well taken care of. The decor is wonderful and it is very relaxing. We fealt like we were right at home. We appreciated all the "extras" that were on hand so we could prepare meals easily, watch movies, and play games. Everyone had plenty of space and it was nice to have a tv in almost every room for evening wind-down time. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

The kingdom was absolutely perfect for the 14 of us who recently stayed there. It was clean, neat and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and movie theater were fantastic too. The owner was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The location was also perfect with Strip Views from Balcony and close to shopping and lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Nice house but worn down

We did have a great vacation in this home however the home has seen a lot of abuse that hasn't been fixed. Not one of the doors to the bedrooms locked (ours didn't even close), many were broken at the frame and looked like they had been kicked in sometime in the past. We had a a trail of ants in the bathroom downstairs going in and out of the cracks in the floor. The theatre has paint torn from the walls. There are things left in the kitchen that don't work so why are they there? Toaster doesn't work though it is still in the pantry to use, the blender doesn't work though it is still there. Lighter for the stove doesn't work so we had to buy a lighter for cooking. Ice maker is so slow, what's the point in having it. We had two plumbers at the house trying to make it run better which helped. The lounge chairs outside are in very rough shape, one had a leg missing so we just towed it to the side, why is it there? One had a big burn on the top part where you lay against. We were there for a week with only one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. The house as a whole was very well layed out and beautiful but it is getting run down. Therefore I would not say it is worth the money charged for a week. More attention to detail should be given to the house and what it has to offer.

I am really speechless about this house!! The pictures on the website are the most accurate I've seen of anything!! The house is clean and huge!! There were 16 of us and we had a BLAST!!!! We will be staying here again next year!! Hotels are out of the question now!! Thanks David for a comfortable stay! We will NEVER forget it!!!

I have to say that dealing with David to find a home for all of my friends for a weekend in Vegas was so easy! When we need to get a hold of David he was able to help with questions when we needed questions to be answer. The house was amazing, the pool was sparkling it was just like a small slice of heaven. I will definitely be coming back with my friends when we hit up vegas again. Everyone had more than enough room to sleep. Entertainment was fun and the kitchen was just perfect for cooking, eating, drinking you name it. Thank you David for showing us how it is suppose to be done when you're in Vegas.
