Wonderful place with nice clean attached garage. The overall cleanliness was awesome!!! Also since we stayed in December there was a little lighted Christmas tree and Christmas stockings hung up by the fireplace. We loved the little Christmas touches. The fenced back yard is huge. We will stay here again whenever back in the Greenville SC area as this house is close to downtown or wherever you want to go in Greenville SC. Ann the owner is great to work with.. .Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our stay at this house was very enjoyable. It is on a major road, so not in the country, if you are looking for a country setting. I was surprised, but found tha the location made it very convenient to everything. It was 6 miles to downtown historic district (which I would highly recommend, and take your dog on a leash if you go, very pet freindly) and only 15 minutes to Paris Park for beautiful hiking. If you like waterfalls I recommend Jones Gap Park and Rainbow Falls. This was approximately 30 minutes away. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, including a fenced back yard and cement slab/basketball area which was good to do daily work outs. This is definitely a good choice and if I or any friends need a place to stay in Greenville in the future, I would definitely check with Ann first to see if the house is available.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Our family stayed here last summer while exploring the Greenville area. We found the house to be clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is convenient to the freeway and downtown Greenville is less than 15 minutes away. Most anything you need is very close by (groceries, dining, laundromat, etc). Overall a great place to spend a week in the area!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family stayed at this property and it was a wonderful stay. The property manager, Anne, was an absolute delight and she went out of her way to ensure our stay was excellent. I would recommend staying here for any traveler with kids and couples looking for a quite retreat. There is a grocery store and several local restaurants in walking distance, and the backyard is very private with woods to the back. The location was private, fenced, and very clean. It was actually larger in person that it looks in the photos. If I was to state any downsides I would really have to dig to think of any...The interior of the home was a little dated, but it reminded my of visiting my grandparents so that was actually endearing. It was on a busy road, but the driveway had a turnaround so that was not a problem. I cant even think of any true negatives about it. It was just delightful. We all enjoyed our stay VERY much.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
