Why the Owner Chose Mesa Cortina
Being close to Denver and all it has to offer from shopping to most of all a major airport to go see the grandchildren in MI. But coming home to the peace and quiet of Summit County plus all the wonderful amenities it has to offer is just the icing on a big beautiful cake.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Views of Keystone Ski Resort and the lighted slopes at night are mezmerizing. White River Nat'l Forest out the back door for hiking, snowshoeing, cross couuntry skiing, and wildlife viewing. Biking whether mountain or touring is challenging and a great way to spend the day. Small community attitudes add to the closeness of friends and neighbors.

Jim & I purchased this property in fall of 1997 as a full time residence. I am a 31 year Realtor, 12 years here in Summit County & 19 in Ann Arbor,MI. Jim is working again after retiring in 2007 from property mgmt. We never tire of the incredible views and closeness of the Natl forest to our back door.
