No car is needed, but parking is available in a private driveway directly adjacent to the carriage house.
This 500 square foot studio guest suite is a separate building with it's own entrance and is separated by a spacious back yard from the main house. The guest suite is fully furnished with everything you will need to make yourself comfortable, including linens & towels, new furniture, queen sized bed, new pillows, down comforter, as well as a private washer & dryer. Although Boulder offers lots of entertainment options, you can also relax at home with your up-to-date entertainment system (42" HD flat screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD/surround sound speakers/ iPod Jack). Also provided is with high speed internet.
The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator & freezer, two-burner cooktop, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker. All dishes, utensils & glassware included. It is wonderful to be on vacation and have the option to cook at home if you wish. Outside dinning area with a table for four is included.
The space is perfect for a single, a couple, or a small family.
