It boasts an exceptional location . . . two minute walk to dining, entertainment and shopping on Main Street, five minute walk to the 'Town Lift' to Park City Mountain Resort and ski rentals, ski-in via Quit'n Time run. It's also a five minute drive to Deer Valley, ten minutes to The Canyons, and 50 minutes to Alta and Snowbird.
This delightful home is situated so that renting a car is optional. When you're ready for dinner, a short walk down two flights of stairs puts you in the middle of Main Street with access to all the dining, shopping, and entertainment you'll need.

- Off Street Parking: The Home is Situated on Rossie Hill East of Main Street. To get to the house you climb 35 stairs. City Transportation to all ski lifts is excellent and you don't really need a car to enjoy all the local attractions in Park City. If you have a car, please park at the City Lot near the Park City Municipal Building. There is no parking directly adjacent to the home.
