Paris penthouse apartment where we have been bowled over by the view from the large windows in the living room and dining area faces west, very light and sunny !
What more romantic and memorable way to visit Paris and relax with the sunset view on central Park and the lights of Manhattan at night (la defense). It is 1990 square feet, located on the ninth floor (with 2 elevators), and The view of the Eiffel Tower is directly ahead from kitchen windows on the way to the outside terrace: what a dream to have breakfast looking at the Eiffel Tower and the sunrise up from the east side.
Ceilings give way to floor-to-ceiling windows. Wrap around balcony, large windows and terrace offer you 180 views of everything Paris has to offer - Really prestigious location for a magic stay in Paris. I chose this apartment for its location two steps from the Bois de Boulogne forest and his lakes with BBQ's, many jogging tracks, and the Ranelagh garden where there are pony rides, a children’s playground, puppet theater, and across the street tennis and basketball courts, and a public pool. It feels like home, not a hotel, because it is my home when I’m in Paris. It can be your home too when you stay in Paris.
If you have young kids this location next to the Gardens and the wood Central Park is a must. They will have a blast just as my 2 young daughters did. Ideal for a family, friends, or a couple intent on private accommodations in the heart of Paris. The apartment is almost a block from the "Arc de Triomphe" and the Champs Elysees. Really prestigious location for a magic stay in Paris.
This two or 3 bedrooms ,two bath, terrace and balcony, spacious, luxury apartment is in Paris’ most desirable quarter for it is peaceful but centrally located. You will sleep well at night in the cozy rear of the building,. The manager of our doormen 24 hours a day lives in the building and is easily accessible to help orient visitors and assist with any questions that may arise.
The neighborhood is extremely safe. Two metro stops, five bus lines and a taxi station are close to the apartment. The location affords easy access to the entire city. The building is 1960 vintage with high ceilings and elaborate wall. The ninth floor apartment is spacious with 1990 sq ft plus a long loggia and a very large outside terrace. The decorator designed apartment is furnished mostly in expensive designer furniture. Everything is Brand New chrome, glass and leather furnishings accent the living areas. Indulge with three bedrooms including a spacious master bedroom with large windows , large closet, and separate main bathroom, with Jacuzzi, round shower, 2 sets of lavabos, separated toilet and an office. The additional bathroom, and separated toilet fully-equipped, contemporary kitchen, laundry, lounge and dining areas.
It is also well-appointed with all the most modern conveniences. The kitchen is brand new and features the highest quality built-in appliances from Miele et Bosh. The kitchen is equipped with every appliance and accessory you might need to whip up a gourmet meal; large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee pot, espresso maker, toaster, microwave, and a separate auto clean convection oven. Many of our guests take cooking courses in Paris . Imagine yourself taking your breakfast or just having a coffee on a table on the terrace overlooking the Eiffel Tower It is fully equipped with top line cooking utensils, pots, pans, sheets, bath sheets, original paintings, mirror, etc..
