This charming Victorian style Motherlode condominium features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The location is incredible - it is literally steps to historic Main Street, restaurants, and shopping, also the Park City Mountain Resort town lift and ski bridge. We are cater-cornered to the Kimball Art Center where the Sundance House is located during the Sundance Film Festival. The transit center, which offers free shuttle service to all three ski areas, is only a two block walk.
The living room is cozy, with a queen size sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, wet bar, as well as tv with cable and dvd. There are sliding doors that lead out to a deck which faces towards the Kimball Art Center and Sky Lodge.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with an adjacent dining area with enough seating for eleven!
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. There is a full bath next to this room with a claw foot bathtub, stained glass window, and antique showerhead. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a private full bathroom. New luxurious linens and pillows are provided.
Due to our convenient location, there is no need for a car, but we do provide two parking spaces - one in the garage and one off-street parking space on upper Woodside Avenue.
Wireless high speed internet service is also provided.
