2009 was a banner booking year at our Crescent Shores condo. We are completely booked up until March 2010. Right now I am offering a 10% price reduction for any spring, summer and fall booking made before March 2010. Monthly rentals do not apply. This discount is for rental rates only. Taxes, linen and departure fees are not included in this 10% discount offer. Now is the time to lock in your 2010 vacation plans and save some serious cash!! This offer will expire March 1st, 2010.

Please note that we are a nonsmoking facility. Smoking is not permitted in our condo OR on the balcony. Quite frankly, if you smoke, please look elsewere for your vacation plans.

Crescent Shores Condominiums offer unmatched Luxury Oceanfront Rentals. Direct Oceanfront with swimming pool and lazy river.

1700 Square feet of living space in the 3 bedroom/3 bath condo located in the North Tower. Our condo is on the 17th floor offering 25 mile views up and down the Grand Strand.

The living room offers twin leather sofas and a 52 inch television. Sliding glass doors open to the 26 foot balcony overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks on the balcony as the sun rises and sets in the horizon. High speed internet is provided free of charge. Sorry, but the wireless has been eliminated due to lack of "Stimulus Package"!

A fully equipped Kitchen with granite countertops, upscale cabinets and custom backsplash make for a chef's dream come true. Complete kitchen appliances, and a washer/dryer for the perfect vacation getaway.

The Master Bedroom offers a King size bed and a 32 inch plasma television with built in DVD player. We have remodeled the Master Bathroom with a Spa-Like shower area with Wall Body Sprays and Ceiling Rain Tiles for the ultimate luxurious experience.

Two additional "Guest" bedrooms both offer (2) queen beds in each bedroom and 27 inch television with DVD players in each room.

Ceramic tile through the entry hallway, kitchen and both guest bathrooms. We have decorated our second home with tropical, beachy influences.

The condominium is equipped for sleeping 10 people comfortably in the (3) bedrooms. While our condo does not offer a Sleeper sofa, we do have two full size leather sofas which may be used as a sleeping option for extra guests.

The Crescent Shores property offers the following: 200 ft. lazy river, 110 ft. outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and an excersize room on the premesis. A parking deck is located directly across Ocean Boulevard for convenient parking.

During high season, Parasailing and other water sports are offered directly in front of the Crescent Shores facility. Beach chairs and beach umbrellas are availaable for daily/weekly rental.

PLEASE NOTE!! Weekly rental rates include complete bed linen, bath towels and departure cleaning. There is a $100 fee for linen,towels and departure cleaning charged for all reservations less than (7) days. Please bring you own Beach Towels and Beach Blankets.

Sorry, but we are a NON-SMOKING condominium. This NON-SMOKING policy applies to the balcony areas as well as the heated/cooled living space. We do NOT allow PETS. Motorcycles, trailers and RV campers are NOT ALLOWED on the Crescent Shores property.

Weekly rentals during High Season begin on Saturdays and end on Saturdays. Check-in time is after 3:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM. We are offering daily rentals during Low Season, with a (3) day minimum. Monthly rentals may be available if booked in advance. Please call for monthly rental rates.

We are sorry, but in 2010 we must charge a 4% service fee for all credit card purchases.

  • If you want a "worry-free" vacation, this is the place to stay. The condo is one of the best we have stayed in...clean, comfy, and so tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything a gourmet cook would need. Ken is so wonderful to work with, great communication between owner and renter. Hopefully returning in October, we will definetly stay here again. Thanks, Ken for the wonderful accomodations.

  • This is a fabulous place to spend your beach vacation! The entire condo is beautifully decorated and is at home comfortable. The master bath is awesome, we have never seen a shower that compares with this one. There were 6 adults in our group and we were all thrilled with our accomodations. We hope to be able to return in September!

  • we stayed at crescent shores the week of august 15-22 2009. So much to say. The condo was my favorite part of the vacation. There is so much room, the master bath is unreal. everything you can even imagine needing is already in the condo. my family had a wonderful time and mr reece is a very nice person to do business with, everything was just as he said it would be. we hope we can go back again soon!!!

  • Our family had a great time at this condo in July. It is big with plenty of room. My wife loved the furniture and decor. The view of the beach and the ocean from the balcony was incredible. Our favorite thing was the Master bathroom -- that alone is worth the stay. We hope to be able to stay there again one day.

  • My family recently stayed at his lovely condo. We had 6 people from 3-66 years old. There was plenty of space for all of us. The style of the condo is warm and welcoming,and it is fully equipped. The ocean and beach view is fabulous. I would highly recommend this spot for a vacation!

  • This is a wonderful, clean, well kept condo. The owners even called to find out if everything was okay. The shower in the main bathroom is amazing. The balcony has an amazing view of the beach, ocean and pools. We want to come back again next year.
