I have lowered the rental rate for al available weeks in April and May. I am offering a Special All Inclusive rental fee of $729.00. This rental fee includes all taxes, complete bed linen, bath towels and departure cleaning.
I am extending my Special 5% Discount on all 2012 June, July and August Summer Bookings that are made before March. This 5% Discount reduces the weekly rental rates to below the 2009 pricing levels. I am running behind on the New Virtual Tour release, so I will keep the discount open for another month. We are offering our accommodations for "Snow Bird" monthly rentals in December, January and February 2012. The daily rental rate is $50.00 per day, and this offer includes all taxes, linen. towels and departure cleaninig. This rate applies to reservations of 30 days or more. Make your plans now for the winter season at Crescent Shores.
Why pay more for a hotel room when you can have your own fully equipped condo? More room for less money, directly on the oceanfront at Crescent Beach.
This November and December we will be giving our Crescent Shores condo an "Upgrade Remodeling". We are adding wainscoting in the entrance way, crown molding throughout the condo, a built in corner bookshelf, new bedroom furniture in the two queen bedrooms, new dining room furniture, 37 inch flat screen televisions mounted on the walls and brand new mattresses for each bedroom. We are having a "Faux" painting in the main living areas, and fresh paint throughout the condo. We plan for hardwood flooring in the Living Room and Master Bedroom, tile floors in the other bedrooms, and sisal/wool area rugs on the flooring. The balcony furniture has been replaced. I have had some old vintage beach photographs mounted and placed on the walls. We replaced the old vertical blinds with custom draperies and plantation shutters. We have replaced the bed linen with Biltmore 500 count linen. The bath towels are now the fluffy, luxury Biltmore towels.
I am certain that after our renovation, our Crescent Shores # 1702 will be the Luxury Unit in the resort complex.

Please note that we are a nonsmoking facility. Smoking is not permitted in our condo OR on the balcony. Quite frankly, if you smoke, please look elsewere for your vacation plans.

1700 Square feet of living space in the 3 bedroom/3 bath condo located in the North Tower. Our condo is on the 17th floor offering 25 mile views up and down the Grand Strand.
The living room offers twin leather sofas and a 55 inch Samsung LCD television with PS2 BluRay player. Sliding glass doors open to the 26 foot balcony overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks on the balcony as the sun rises and sets in the horizon. High speed internet is provided free of charge. Newly added Wireless Internet service for the 2012 rental season!! Surf the web by the surf!!
A fully equipped Kitchen with granite countertops, upscale cabinets and custom backsplash make for a chef's dream come true. Complete kitchen appliances, and a washer/dryer for the perfect vacation getaway.
The Master Bedroom offers a King size bed and a wall mounted 37 inch LCD television.We have remodeled the Master Bathroom with a Spa-Like shower area with Wall Body Sprays and Ceiling Rain Tiles for the ultimate luxurious experience.
Two additional "Guest" bedrooms both offer (2) queen beds in each bedroom with wall mounted 37 inch LCD televisions.
Ceramic tile through the entry hallway, kitchen and both guest bathrooms. We have decorated our second home with tropical, beachy influences.
The condominium is equipped for sleeping 10 people comfortably in the (3) bedrooms. While our condo does not offer a Sleeper sofa, we do have two full size leather sofas which may be used as a sleeping option for extra guests.
The Crescent Shores property offers the following: 200 ft. lazy river, 110 ft. outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and an excersize room on the premesis. A parking deck is located directly across Ocean Boulevard for convenient parking.
During high season, Parasailing and other water sports are offered directly in front of the Crescent Shores facility. Beach chairs and beach umbrellas are availaable for daily/weekly rental.
Please Note! Our weekly rental rates include complete bed linen, bath towels and departure cleaning. Please bring you own Beach Towels and Beach Blankets.
Sorry, but we are a NON-SMOKING condominium. This NON-SMOKING policy applies to the balcony areas as well as the heated/cooled living space. We do NOT allow PETS. Motorcycles, trailers and RV campers are NOT ALLOWED on the Crescent Shores property.
We only offer weekly rentals with arrivals on Saturdays and departures on Saturdays. Check-in time is after 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Monthly rentals may be available if booked in advance. Please call for monthly rental rates.
We are sorry, but we must charge a 4% service fee for all credit card purchases.

GREAT PLACE SO MUCH MORE THAN I EXPECTED (but shhhh dont tell too many people)lol Kenny, what a wonderful vaction we had at myrtle beach this yr. Your condo is wonderfully decorated, well equiped , very comfortable and very affordable Couldnt find one thing that we needed and you didnt have. Master shower was awesome!! Linens were perfect Beds comfortable . Our 2 teenagers enjoyed hanging out around the lazy river and being right on the beach gave all of us so much more freedom. We could take our things out in the am and go back and forth all day. The kids did banna boating which they loved and again it was right there. I dont think i could say anything but all was perfect including communicating with you. thanks for A WONDERFUL VACATION!!!! Hope to rent again next yr.

We thoroughly enjoyed our whole family vacation at your condo over the 4th of July week. Very spacious, very clean, very affordable. The guest book was a nice touch and had great feedback about prior tenants' experiences, and helped us as we planned to venture out. Close to everything, even all the fireworks. Loved being only a few steps from the beach, yet having the great view that being up high has to offer. I'd be amiss if I didn't mention that the master suite was AMAZING! Owner was very accomodating, and a true pleasure to work with. He was up front, prompt, and just added to the great experience. Would send all my friends and family to this unit in a heartbeat! Will rent it again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The amenities were perfect and the linens were excellent. It is a great location convenient to shopping and restaurants. The condo is as displayed on the website which was a welcome sight. The master suite is excellent and the balcony is nice and spacious. We hope to visit again next year.

My family had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful condo. Everything was perfect. The space was great. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. I really liked having 3 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The views from the balcony were amazing. We would see dolphins every morning. Lots of things to do without having to go far, like parasailing right in front of the condo. Would definitely recommend this property and owners.

Thank you again, Kenny for once again for making our family vacation a "home away from home". The condo is great! Clean, comfortable and has everything a family would want. Two years this condo has made many memories for my family to share and hopefully we will make it again. My family and I had a great stay at this Crescent Shores condo. It was everything we hoped for from the reviews and it was excellent renting from Ken. He answered all of my questions promptly and called to check on us after we arrived. We will definately check into this condo again for future vacations to North Myrtle Beach.

The Condo is very spacious and clean. The pictures on the web site are very repersentive of the way the condo looks. It is well stocked with good quality essentials. The view is great and it was very peacefull when we were there. It is in a good central location and I will try to stay there again. Decoratin with "light house" all over was one of the kind. Ask the owner to send you a link to a video of the condo. Overall our experience was excellent. I highly recomend it.

My family of four vacationed here and had a great time. The kids (8 and 3) loved the fact they had their own big bedrooms with TV's. My wife and I could not get enough of the master bath, the shower was absolutely amazing. We received a call from Ken on Sat. night to see if everything was going well and he even left his cell phone number in case of any issues. He was a very easy person to work with. This will be the only place we will stay on any return trips to North Myrtle Beach.

We love the spacious condo with a wonderful view!!! The condo was exceptionally clean when we arrived and had lots of closet space (8 of us). I was so impressed with the pantry in the kitchen too...I'm used to having to leave all the groceries on the counters. The location is also great! I felt safe enough to let the older children walk around by themselves. I WILL be back!!
