This courtyard style villa is located in the community of The Villages. Located in Mallory Hill this villa is only a few minutes by golf cart to Lake Sumter Landing and is a short drive to Spanish Springs. The master bedroom has a TV and a king size bed. The master bedroom has its own private entrance to the bathroom, a large walk-in closet and the lanai can be accessed from the bedroom. There is a queen size bed in the guest bedroom with a TV.
The living room has a sofa and two sitting chairs with a coffee table. The entertainment center has a large TV with DVD/CD. The living room is very cozy and leads directly to the screened in lanai where you will find a four person table and a gas BBQ grill. The well-equipped open kitchen makes the bar area a great place to entertain guests while cooking and the bar stools provide sitting for 2 people. A pantry and lots of cabinet space provide the cook with enough storage to keep a tidy kitchen. Further this house comes standard with high speed internet.
Courtyard villas have great backyard space with walls surrounding your yard and tropical landscaping. The backyard can be accessed through the the front gate, the dining area or through the screened lanai. The garage provides parking for one car and a golf cart which this rental comes with!!! Also located in the garage is the washer and dryer for your use.
With the $50 resident pass included in your rental fee (max of 2 passes), you can enjoy over 20 of the Villages executive courses. There are a host of other activities for one to engage in while at The Villages including shopping, dining, in addition to the plethora of fun daily activities that are occurring any time of the day...or night.
Included in your rental fee are all cleaning fees, and your guest resident pass. Contact us for an additional discount if you are staying more then one month. Pets are considered...call to discuss.
