Location: Green Valley, Tucson & Southern Arizona, Arizona, USA (20 Minutes from Tucson Airport. 40 Minutes to Mexico.)

1800 square foot adobe-style home. Enclosed front, side and back courtyards with mature, fruit-bearing trees, cacti and palm trees.
Double car garage.

Throughout the house the rooms are faux-painted in southwest colors with complementary art, accents and furniture. The living room has a matching leather sofa and chair, two recliners, media center (cable TV, DVD, CD), skylight and ceiling fan. Saltillo tiles run throughout the house and also outdoors on covered patio. The patio has hand-painted Mexican table and chairs as well as a gas grill. The enclosed patio area has grapefruit, orange, lemon and palm trees.

Dining area seats six. Cheery kitchen is fully-equipped and has seating for two at the bar. The den is furnished with a large desk/bookcase unit and a loveseat.

Large master bedroom suite with king-size bed, color TV, walk-in closet, full bath with two vanities, ceiling fan and sliding door to a private, walled patio with tangelo tree and colorful painted gate.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds with a large arched-window. There are large arched windows included in both the master bedroom and living room.

The main bathroom is full size, and includes a laundry with washer and dryer.

Esperanza Estates is located in a quiet area that borders the desert. It has walking trails throughout, plus two swimming pools, tennis and pickleball court, ramadas, hot-tubs, all within two blocks of the home.

Outdoor activities abound in the Green Valley area. Choose from many golf courses, horseback riding, hiking, biking and excellent birding at Madera Canyon. Tubac, an artist's community, is 15 minutes away, and the Mexican border about 40 minutes away. Nearby Spanish missions and presidios (forts) are part of the rich heritage of southern Arizona. Close by is the Sonoran Desert Museum as well as numerous other attractions, festivals and cultural events in the Green Valley-Tucson area.
