This elegant, newly renovated, one bedroom, two bath, 4th floor oceanfront villa is perfect for your next dream vacation. All corners of this villa offer a gorgeous view of the ocean! There is ample room for FOUR guests with one king size bed in the master suite, one KING SIZE SOFA SLEEPER and TWO FULL BATHS. Completely renovated in spring 2008, the kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washer/dryer, 4 barstools, and is open to the living and dining room.
The dining room has a glass top table that seats four. Just off the dining area is the living room with great ocean views, new Samsung 40" Flat Screen HDTV/DVD and DVR for recording your favorite shows, a king size sleeper sofa (with new patented technology to make it the most comfortable sleeper on the market), loveseat, 2 additional chairs and a small ocean view table.
The villa has 2 sliding glass doors from the den and master bedroom so you can enjoy the ocean sounds and view from a comfortable table and chairs on a shady balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV/DVD, private bath with jetted tub, separate shower and walk in closet.
The villa offers free wireless internet service and 3 locations to set up a laptop with an ocean view as a backdrop. You can conveniently park underneath the building in the shade and ride the elevator with your luggage.
This villa is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with walkways, lagoons, fountains and picturesque flowers, live oaks and palm trees. In the last 2 years Windsor Place has had a 6 million dollar upgrade to the building and grounds making it truly the premier oceanfront property on Hilton Head. Enjoy a swim in the beautifully renovated pool area with adult pool and new large children’s pool with a mushroom shaped fountain, a child's delight!
The pool is heated in the fall and spring months. The pool area also includes a hot tub, dressing/bath room facilities, charcoal grills, large sunning areas and lots of shade provided by the gazebo. Enjoy a walk on the wide flat sandy beach just seconds away. You can take a short walk to the Hilton Resort or Marriott with workout facilities, spa, bars and restaurants. Also walking distance to Arthur Hills Golf Course, kayaking or tennis.

Why the Owner Chose Windsor Place
We have been vacationing in Hilton Head since we moved to Atlanta 30 years ago and have always loved the island. We first purchased a timeshare at the Marriott Monarch which we have visited every 4th of July for 23 years. Our dream came true when we decided to purchase this villa. It has the most beautiful view on the island, we think. It is truly a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life and truly relax. We hope you will find our dream vacation home as wonderful as we do.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Our villa has a direct view of the ocean from every corner, whether in the master bedroom, master bathroom, den, dining table or kitchen sink!! Even if it's cold or hot outside, the view from inside is the most gorgeous I've ever seen. The moon shines over the ocean at night lighting up the palm trees and the sun rises over the ocean in the morning bringing a new beautiful day with it. We have a new big screen TV with a DVR so you can record a host of movies to watch when you're in for the evening or want to record a sports game while you're on the beach. We have wireless internet service and 3 places to put laptop computers, each with it's own view of the ocean. The villa is ocean front so you can enjoy walks on the beach, bike rides around Palmetto Dunes, or a dip in the swimming pool or hot tub. Golf courses, tennis courts, shopping malls and tons of outstanding restaurants are within minutes. If you need suggestions for places to go we have a book for you to review with input from all our guests as to what is the best restaurant or place to go. And you can always contact me for suggestions.

I just wanted to drop you a very quick note to tell you how beautiful your condo is. My wife and I arrived yesterday for our annual spring week long visit to HH. We have come each spring or summer and each fall for over 25 years and seen our son grow up vacationing here with us at a multitude of different locations. This year is somewhat special as we are now both retired. I have been for about 3 years but my wife has for only two weeks. As a result I was in charge of selecting a place to stay and making all the arrangements this time as she was so busy wrapping things up at work. I had my fingers crossed that I had done a good job picking out a place to stay. (Lord knows over the years we have made some mistakes and had to endure a week in accommodations that were definitely sub-par). I must tell you I think the remodel you did, the decor you have chosen along with the view makes this likely one, if not, the nicest places we have stayed and helped me hit a home run on my choice.

We have been to Hilton Head numerous times and have always stayed in the Palmetto Dunes area in various condos. They have all been very nice, but last September when we first walked into this unit, we actually said, "WOW, this is the nicest unit we have ever stayed in and what a view." We loved the it so much, we are visiting again this spring and can't wait to enjoy it again.

I remember coming to Hilton Head in my teens and have always wanted to take my husband and our two children here. We have been coming to H. Head since 1976! Have stayed practically everywhere from houses to condos and Marriott Hotel and Crowne Plaza, etc. This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this villa. We come back because of the tasteful decor, the wonderful view and because the bed is comfortable and you have equipped the condo so well. We were very pleasantly surprised by the new appliances, granite and new tile floor. We have stayed at Windsor Court also , but yours is the first on the list whenever we make our reservation. We were entertained a couple of days ago when a group of men swinging by ropes thinned the foliage from the trees, giving us an even better view! Looking forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our two week stay at your beautiful condo. This has been the best equipped, most tastefully decorated, and cleanest condo we've stayed in in a long time. You thought of every detail to make us comfortable. The view was great, much better than we expected! Staying in this condo fells like staying at a friend's apartment, not a rental condo!
