Just came back from Don & Joy's condo at the Majestic Sun. FABULOUS!! We have stayed at the Magestic countless times with varying levels of satisfaction but this was the BEST condo we have EVER experoenced. It was clean, well appointed, up to date appliances and kitchen equipment. Location on the 3rd floor is close to parking and the view toward the pool and beach was exceptional. Great treatment through the rental process. All in all, too good to fully describe. We will DEFINITELY utilize this facility in the future!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Don & Joy's condo was just perfect for our first "winter in Fla". The location is perfect, close to shopping, groceries, wonderful restaurtants, all within walking distance. The best was the beach right across the street. Well, maybe the best really is the condo. It is decorated beautifully, it is clean and comfortable and has EVERYTHING you might need. The balcony is great, it is spacious with wonderful views. We arel ooking forward to our next winter at Don & Joy's condo.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Spent a week in this first class condo and only wished we could stay longer! Condo was decorated beautifully and had everything needed! As well as being very clean, comfortable, and fresh. All this plus the perfect location! Will definitely return to this piece of heaven!

Beautiful condo with a great location! The beaches are the best! The property is very well maintained...nothing shabby here. The balcony was nice and large with plenty of seating to sit look at the ocean. Wish we were there now! = )

Our week at Joy and Don's was one of the best weeks we've had in a long time. The condo is beautiful and has EVERYTHING one could possibly want on a vacation. The view itself was so spectacular, especially the sun setting, that just sitting on the balcony was a highlight of the week. We hope to make this an annual event for a great adult get-away (even though we did miss our grandchildren!).

This was our first time in the Destin area, and it was fantastic! Don and Joy's condo is beautiful! The view is breathtaking! Our family had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back in the future. It rained a couple days during our stay, but watching the waves from the balcony was awesome! We would highly recommend staying in Don and Joy's condo, it has everything a person could ask for and more. Perfect family vacation!

My friend and I just returned after spending a week at Don and Joy's condo. The condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location is ideal.....right across the street from the beach and gulf, and close to shopping, attractions, and restaurants. We really appreciated the binder with Don and Joy's restaurant recommendations and menus. (We LOVED Fat Clamenza's). We will definitely return!! Thanks for everything!!

Don and Joy's place was wonderful and well decorated. It felt like home and helped make the trip stress free. The third floor access to parking and the view of the pool and beach made it a perfect spot. Don was remarkable to work with and you can tell they have put a lot into the condo. We were blessed to spend our vacation here and would do it again in a heartbeat. The quick access to golf was also a big bonus. It's definitely a great place to enjoy the Destin area.

WE STAYED A WEEK AT DON & JOY'S CONDO. THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT, CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING, AND MOST OF ALL, RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET WAS THE BEACH! OUR BALCONY FACED THE BEACH AND OCEAN AND WAS A GREAT VIEW. THE CONDO WAS DECORATED VERY NICELY AND ACCOMODATIONS WERE GREAT. WE WOULD DEFINITELY GO THERE AGAIN. DON WAS VERY NICE TO WORK WITH .

Had a fabulous time the month of March. Accommodations in this unit were wonderful. Both King beds very comfortable. The new washer and dryer were great to have. We especially liked the location, the view of the beach was great and the walking paths which were in front of the condo nice for early morning and late evening walks. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of things to do close by, shopping, movie theaters, grocery, etc. We definitely will be back again. P.S. We beat the Winter blues in Destin

My husband and I had a marvelous time, at your condo this past January and February. The weather was better than expected and we took advantage of breakfast on the balcony in the mornings. Majestic Sun has an advantage over other places in that you are protected from the North wind and can enjoy the sun, even if it is in the 50's, This was our 3rd year in Destin and the best condo we have rented. The view is awesome. Thanks again for a great winter.

Wonderful condo! Don was very pleasant to work with and they provided everything one needs for a relaxing vacation, right down to the drink insulators and beach chairs. Didn't cook much other than quick breakfasts but if we needed to make dinner or entertain guests, everything we would need was provided. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms pristine, and the condo was decorated exquisitely. The pictures provided are accurate. Most relaxing vacation we've had in a long time and we definitely could have stayed a lot longer! Will definitely be back!!

We highly recommend renting this condo for your Destin vacation. The location is great for the pool, beach, shopping, and dining. We watched two weddings from the balcony. This location is beautiful. The photos on this site are exactly what you get when you rent this condo. Mr.Williams is very pleasant and made the rental process easy.

Absolutely perfect choice in this condo. The location is great, wonderful view from patio, beautifully decorated and maintained. Loved the condo so much we did not want to leave other than to the pool and beach. We play tennis and golf and did not even want to leave for that. Great restaurants nearby as well.

We had a great week and we couldn’t have asked for better weather. You have a lovely condo and it is perfectly located. Our six-year old daughter said, “It felt like home.” We enjoyed getting up early each morning and drinking our coffee on the balcony while watching the sun come up. The parking was so convenient and the walk to the beach was a breeze. This was our 4th stay in Destin and the best accommodations yet. We hope to visit again. Thank you.

Don and Joy, Thanks for a fantastic week at your beautiful condo and for sharing it with others. My son said it is the best place we have ever stayed & we have been to your area many times. We couldn't have asked for anything more perfect and more convenient to the beach and all the other things we wanted to do. The restaurants are right there and the shopping was excellent. I guess you get the idea that we were more than impressed. A lot of times you can be disappointed when you arrive at a condo and it's not what the ad said. That is not the case with yours, it was all that you described it to be and more! Thanks for a wonderful time and we plan on renting from you again next year! Judy

Mr. & Mrs. Williams, Thank you for a beautiful stay in your condo. We have been coming to Destin for many years and this by far is one of the most beautiful condos we have stayed in. We loved the view of the ocean and the location of your rental is very convenient to all of our favorite places. We took in movies and played in the sun for a whole week. Thanks again for being so prompt with your responses on questions I had and mailing back the security deposit. We will be back again.

I have stayed in this unit more than once and it is absolutely perfect! It is beautifully decorated and has all the "extras". The level it's on (level 3) is the perfect parking level. You are minutes away from fabulous dining, shopping, and the Village of Baytowne Warf. You can't go wrong with Unit A311!!!

We spent 11 weeks in this beautiful designer decorated unit and couldn't have been more pleased. The unit is not only beautifully and elegantly furnished, it's location is perfect. The full day sun on the balcony overlooking the beach and pool is the perfect way to spend your day, when you're not shopping or golfing. The ammenities were great, including the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs and fitness centre. A perfect "home away from home". Can't wait to return next winter. A ***** rating for sure!!

It has sugar white beaches and clearest water that you can find anywhere in the Florida area. Our condo has been decorated by a professional decorator. It has all the convienences of home.
