There are 3 queen size beds and one twin size bed. In the Basement there is a sofa sleeper (sleeps2). Two queen size air mattresses can be arranged to accommodate more guests.
Master bedroom is overlooking to a beautiful roof top deck with gazebo. The deck has 4 speakers, table and 6 chairs for your
perfect f summer barbecues and entertaining.

chest with 24"TV.
Master Bathroom with Jacuzzi Tub, double vanity and
over sized shower.

I bought this house as an investment property with hopes to flip it and make some money, but as the market progressed to the down side I decided to start a new business and do the vacation rentals.
