It seems our beach house has inspired all the writers/actors/musicians and artists who have stayed with us. Chapters have been written and revised, musicals invented, canvases sketched and scenes rehearsed during their visit. It is no wonder. The remodeled cottage with its rich, earth tones (cinnamon-browns and soft oranges) are as comforting as the overstuffed living room sofa. Add to that, thick carpeting, wood floors and freshly painted walls. The brightly-lit kitchen has white cupboards, new appliances and granite countertops. The floor plan is open and conducive to lively conversation.
The final inspiration is the Pacific Ocean, less than one minute from the front door.
The backyard has a glass table and wicker chairs for outdoor dining. There is a gas barbeque, outdoor shower, chiminea with four chairs and outdoor lights. Our guests particularly enjoy the stereo in the backyard studio. Palms trees and colorful plants add a tropical feel.
There's room for Fido and the kids to play too!
Those who have vacationed in our beach house use the same words over and over to describe this special getaway: "Your cottage feels just like home. Except that it is seven houses from the beach!"

Holiday Weeks $2500/wk, $450/nt (min 3)
Refundable damage deposit $500; Exit Cleaning $150 mandatory, non-refundable
Linens: Bring your own, we can provide linens or a linen service is available.
50% booking deposit will hold the rental, remainder due 30 days prior to arrival
Fido Fee: $150 each pet, maximum 2
We ask that all pets be Frontlined prior to occupancy.
