Located in the community of "OCEAN RESORTS" that spans 35 acres from the private beach to the private marina on the Indian River. Ocean Resorts is Florida the way it used to be. A gated community, with amenities that include:

- An Olympic-size heated swimming pool surrounded by a large concrete deck with lounge chairs and tables with an ocean view

Our slice of paradise is located just steps from the pool and clubhouse. It is a 1200 sq. ft. newly renovated, two-bedroom, two full bathroom home with a front deck large enough for a barbecue, a table seating four and a chaise lounge and driveway with plenty of parking.
Inside is possibly the largest open living area of any home in the community, with vaulted ceilings, tropical décor, cable TV, CD and DVD player in the entertainment center, and a dining table for eight. Our home is completely tiled with lots of windows and ceiling fans in every room. The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances - including a dishwasher - and an open floor plan, so cooking and entertaining can combine.
The big master bedroom features a king-size bed with pillow-top comfort mattress, cable TV and lots of closet space. The second bedroom includes a day bed with trundle that opens to either two twins or one king bed, depending on your needs.
We have a 4-person golf cart for getting around the property, beach umbrellas, shuffleboard equipment, tennis racquets, surf fishing gear, two-person kayak and Wireless Internet available on request.
Ocean Resorts is a fun community, in season there a many planned events including poker and bridge nights, water aerobics, theme dinners, luaus, beach bonfires and more. Located on North Hutchinson Island, it is a short drive to great dining and shopping in Vero Beach or in charming downtown Fort Pierce.
