Horizon South is an immaculate resort located just 2 minutes from Pier Park and Frank Brown Park and only minutes from the new airport. You will enjoy this one bedroom condo with a queen size bed, 2 bunk beds and a sleeper sofa located at 43-D Vista Lane. I know you will enjoy the new hot tub, 4 pools, 18 hole putt-putt course, shuffle board, pool tables, fitness center, and two tennis courts. During the day you will enjoy the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Panama City Beach is a perfect area to swim, tan or take a leisurely walk along 'The World's Most Beautiful Beaches'. This is a great area for beach weddings, at the peaceful west end of Panama City Beach. I also have other vacation condos in this resort for additional family members.
This beautifully decorated condo accommodates up to 6 people, with 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds, and a fold out queen sleeper sofa. All of your cookware and linens are provided. There are new appliances including: dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer and dryer for your convenience. You will enjoy relaxing on the front deck as well as having easy access to the pools and the fantastic new spa within feet of the condo. Horizon South is conveniently located just west of Hwy 79. We are minutes from the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, and the entertainment and shopping complex, Pier Park. While at Pier Park, you may want to do some shopping at Dillard's, Bath and Body Works, Target, Walmart, and Beach Scene. After a day of shopping, be sure to stop by Starbucks, Olive Garden or Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville to refuel. You may also want to check out 'The Grand' movie cinema, which is a 16 screen stadium movie theater. After a busy day of shopping, it will be nice to come back and relax in the new spa or swim in one of the 4 pools. The kids will be more interested in a game of putt-putt golf at the resort.

This is the second time we've rented from Coast to Coast, and we will contact them first for accomodations when visiting PCB. The condo was very clean and fresh smelling. The pictures don't do this condo justice, it's very homey and comfortable. The location is excellent to keep an eye on our motorcycle in the parking lot, and very close to the beach and Pier Park. The owner is fabulous, very easy to work with and very organized. If you're planning a trip to PCB, this is the place to stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Wehad a great time, the condo was very clean and well equiped with everything we needed for our stay. I loved the fact that the condo was pet friendly so our babies could go with us. Carolyn was very helpful and answered all our questions. The owner seemed very nice and we got the bussiness part taken care of quickly. We arrived at the property and thought it was a nice complex especially for the money we paid. When we opened the door to the unit after driving and being tired to find the first thing we see is filthy carpet in the living room, and things went down hill from there. No remodeling what so ever, the owner stated beautiful condo, well that is the biggest joke i have heard. For the money we paid I didnt think it would be beautiful but did not also expect to see wall paper kept up in the bath with thumb tacks, horrible bath tub to the point you did not want to take a shower in it. There was a smell of puke in the condo. The pots and pans were so nasty no one could of cooked in them. The linens were horrible, the pillows looked to be at least as old as the condo,( we brought our own) the mattress on the sofa bed had all springs exposed no cushioning, no one could have slept on it. The owner states that you have a view of the Gulf from the porch, not true! Bottom line is there are some very nice units in Horrizon South and I would stay in another one, which by the way the prices for the other ones are very good also, so for the same price in another unit you get a much nicer place, we got our deposit back so the owner cant say we were disgruntled because of that, I am just trying to save someone else from staying in this unit and ruining your vacation. Please just look thru all the others, because I really liked the location and you cant beat the price for being close to the ocean. I have really only talked about a few things that were bad, believe me there was more, NOT GOOD! I emailed the owner after we got home and she did not even respond with a sorry!Owner response: Dear future renters, I am sure you will enjoy this one bedroom one bath condo in the beautiful Horizon South complex at a great discounted rate of $75-$100 per night depending on the season. I also run specials frequently. The new appliances include : washer and dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The queen size bed in the bedroom has a new comforter with pillow shams along with a flat screen television and also a flat screen in the living room. Two new ceiling fan have been installed this year along with 4 new faux blinds, and 5 new lamps. I am sure you will enjoy sitting on the deck on the chairs and table and enjoy the afternoon breeze. This condo is in front of the pools and you can park in front and walk right up to your condo; it is very convenient. You are also less than 2 miles to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. You have extremely easy access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
