Luxurious Breckenridge Townhome...Easy Walk to Slopes & Town!

  We had a wonderful time in Breck and the property was ideal for our group. It is well maintained and the main living area is very spacious. We were all able to "hang out", socialize, play games and watch tv. After a day of snowboarding, the kids gravitated to the hot tub on the deck. We stayed in 3 nights and had dinner there...plenty of supplies for cooking and ample room for seating. The large tv in the living room was popular especially since our team was playing in the March Madness tournament! My husband and I stayed in the master suite upstairs which gave us a nice dose of privacy when needed. It's easy to get to town and to Peak 9. The boys loved the snowboarding so we didn't need to come up with other entertainment even though there's lots to do in the area. I have already recommended this property to other friends. We loved it!

  This place is every bit as nice as its description and lives up to all the positive reviews . . . clean, beautifully decorated, plenty of room (we were a group of 7), comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen and a great location right by Peak 9. Cook whatever you want, relax and eat in or walk to just about any restaurant in town in 10 minutes. 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift and the Maggie. Parked the car when we got there and didn't get in it again until it was time to leave. Enjoyed the deck and hot tub. The owner was really helpful and responsive on the front end and the local property management place where you pick up the keys is convenient and nice people there too (called the second day to see if we had questions or needed anything). Would highly recommend and would love to go back (maybe in the summer next time).

  We rented this townhouse with two other couples (in our early 30s) for MLK weekend. For the price, location and amenities we were looking for it was the perfect spot. The first and third night we cooked in, had drinks and relaxed in the hot tub (which was clean and fit 6 of us comfortably). The second night we walked into town (15 min walk) for dinner and drinks. In the mornings we would walk to the Quicksilver lift (10 min walk) and were on our way. If/when I get back to Breckenridge I would 100% rent this townhouse again either with friends or family. Tina was also very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. Note: because there were 6 of us one couple slept in the bunk bed room but were perfectly content doing so. Enjoy!

  We just spent an awesome week in Breck! Village Point was a great location for our two families. We skied for three days, sledded at Carter Park, and wandered the mountain, but we always had a cozy home to come back to. The accommodations were perfect for our two families. We had a fully-loaded kitchen and everything was just as we had expected if not better!. TVs everywhere you might want them, high-efficiency washer and dryer, and every small appliance we might ever need. With four kiddos, we made the decision to drive to The Village to park in the morning, but it was below zero everyday when we set out. We were less than 5 minutes away and was very convenient. Definitely trying to figure out when we can come back in the Summer for hiking and biking. Thank you for a great vacation that our kids will never forget!

  We just got back from a three week stay in this property. I can only agree with all the other positive things written in other reviews. All our contacts with the property owners were positive and all rental details were handled efficiently and in a timely manner. The property itself is fantastic. The pictures and information provided in the listing are accurate and it truly is only a five minute walk to Main Street in Breckenridge. We would highly recommend this property. In fact, we are already trying to figure out when we can return next summer!

  We just came back from 4 nights 5 days skiing vacation at Breckenridge. I rely on people's reviews so I thought it is my duty to report back after having made informed decisions based on other reviews. From the very first correspondence with the owner, Tina was very clear and professional. The home is very comfortably appointed. We were there with 4 adults and 4 children. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was better stocked than mine except for the dull knives. :) We had small issues with the bathtub (the drain wouldn't close properly) and the maintenance staff came and quickly address the issue. We could have used more dishwasher and washing machine detergent. Also, we could have used more the shampoo and conditioner as the bottles that were placed didn't seem to be brand new. Really very minor points... I would definitely recommend it to others, especially those with small children! There are many wonderful properties in Breckenridge and skiing is just fabulous, but I am not sure if you'd be able to find owners that are as nice and accommodating as Tina. We hope to be back again. Thank you!

  We stayed in this townhouse for one week in February and it is just as the pictures depict, maybe even better! The kitchen is well stocked, the decor is beautiful, and the private hot tub was wonderful after a day on the slopes. The washer stopped working when we were washing a load of towels, so the management sent over clean towels right away and the machine was fixed the next day. The free shuttle was a bonus because it would pick us up at our requested time and we didn't have to wait for the town's free bus or be on their schedule. It took us about 5 minutes to walk to the lifts, but the luxury of the unit, private hot tub, great management, and price make this unit a real winner! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for more space and value.

  After searching for hours through listings we came across this one. For those doing the same task, you need not look any further. Everything was perfect with this townhome. It is a great place for a couple or large family like ours. The whole experience from check-in through check-out was very pleasant. The proximity to Peak 9 (Quicksilver Lift) is great. It is only a 5 minute walk. I will surely look at staying here again in the future. Thank you for a more than memorable vacation with the family and friends!!

  Just got back from our vacation in Breckenridge and I wanted to take the time to thankyou for your hospitality. Your townhouse is fantastic, Check in and out was painless, the house keeping was spotless and the furnishings were spectacular. My family had a great time. We have stayed in many condos, homes, townhouse and cabins in many great vacation destinations and we all agreed yours was the best. A simple VRBO listing cannot do your property justice.   This home is truly a jewel in the mountains! We felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. The home is beautifully decorated with all the conveniences and comforts of home with the added advantage of stepping outside into the magnificent mountains of Colorado. We could walk to breakfast and then head up the mountain for an amazing hike. We will definitely rent this property again in the future.
