Amazing Grace was built in 2008. It is a single family home owned by my sister and I. The house is not considered a rental but a family home that is rented occasionaly.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
The property Amazing Grace is built on has been in the family. We own the entire lot from the road to the beach.
Scallop Cove BP Store is a small store for supplies and has rentals of fishing equipment,boats, surf and skim boards, kayaks----the list goes on forever. IT IS LOCATED 6 LOTS DOWN ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE ROAD
The Unique Benefits of this House
*Elevator: Heaven when moving luggage and shopping packages to the 3 floors.
*TV in every bedroom and den. You can watch a movie in peace, husband can watch sport and the kids can be watching the muppets. Good down time.
*Sunset. House is facing west and when the sun goes down it is gorgeous
