This town house is loacted in Coral Stone Condominiums which is a gated community located in gorgeous Vero Beach. It is immaculate, freshly painted and has new carpets. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with fireplace and sliders that lead to a screened in porch that has a new grill and furniture. There is a dining room and half bath also on the first floor. The 2nd floor has 2 bedroom ensuites, the master bedroom is spacious and has a king size bed, cathedral ceiling, a private full bath with a whirl pool tub and large closet. The second bedroom has two twin size beds and a private full bath ensuite. There is also a full size washer/dryer on the second floor, parking for two cars one being in a garage. There is a huge pool, gym, club house, tennis courts and beautiful grounds to enjoy along with private beach access! All you'll need to do is pack your suitcase and your pooch (if you have one) and enjoy a wonderful vacation in Vero Beach at Coral Stone!
We can allow a dog up to 30 pounds at Coral Stone. We are required to rent at a minimum of one month at Coral stone and no less. There is a $100.00 application fee.

My wife and I stayed at this unit and had a very nice time, the unit was exactely as advertised, and will stay again. the pool and grounds are the best ive seen.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+.
