We just traveled as a group of 11 and found the home perfect for our needs. The bed I slept on (the king upstairs) was so amazingly comfortable. My husband really loved all the shower features too (rain features). I think our only complaints are low water pressure and the fact the noise carries like you wouldn't believe through the house... which is rough when the pool table is being used and others are sleeping. Not much you can do about it and the beauty, comfort, and location of the home far outweigh those. Just something to keep in mind if you have babies and small children. They won't be able to sleep through even talking. We had plenty of hot water and you'll find blow driers and an ironing board for use. When running to the grocery store, be sure to grab the essentials like salt/pepper and paper towels as they don't have any seasonings. They do provide dish detergent, etc. The service was also wonderful!! They sent a packet of area activities beforehand. Also, during a morning bike ride, one of the chains came off the bike. After fixing it ourselves, we called to let management know. The serviceman arrived within 30 minutes of our call and all was good! The grocery store is up the street and the beach is a 5 minute car ride! If you like sushi- grab the green monster roll from Crush. You can't go wrong with food in Seaside.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I have used Jeremy at 360 Blue for years and can't say enough good things about him. He goes above and beyond to find accommodations that continue to exceed my expectations. I wouldn't think of using anyone else. This year our family chose to stay at 40 Sandy Creek, which is located in Water Color and the community makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. Whether you're riding through the community on the bikes or sitting on the huge porch in the rocking chairs, watching a sunrise or sunset, it's a treat beyond belief. The home is beautiful and spacious, with top of the line appliances and furnishings. Two pools, the shops of Water Color and the Beach Club and Beach are all within a short bike ride.
