Wake up in the morning and walk down to Brennecke or Poipu beach for sun and surf and enjoy lunch across the street at Brennecke’s Beach Boiler. After a relaxing day at the beach, walk 5 minutes back to the condo and enjoy a romantic sunset dinner on one of two private lanais. Life doesn’t get better than this! Or maybe it does, if you want to go out for dinner, Casa di Amici is right next to the condo and is said by some to be one of the best restaurants on the island! For the guest who needs to check in with work while in paradise wireless internet is available at no extra cost. The condo itself is all on one story with approximately 1260 sq. feet, vaulted ceilings throughout and a great island atmosphere. Step onto the large ocean view lanai from the open living and dining area. The master bedroom has a King size bed and also opens to the large oceanview lanai. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a King bed upon request. You can also enjoy the garden views from the smaller lanai off the second bedroom. Parking access is just near the front door of the condo so you don’t have far to carry your luggage and groceries. We provide a starter set of paper products, Kauai coffee and Island Soap and Candleworks bath amenities for all guests. Why the Owner Chose Nihi Kai Villas
My husband and I were married at Kee Beach on the North Shore and visited the island several times after. We used to manage vacation rentals in Lake Tahoe and many of the owners also owned property in Kauai and asked if we would be interested in starting a business here - after a couple of years we finally made the move and have been blissfully happy every since. The island has so much natural beauty and outdoor activities yet is still doesn't have that 'big resort' feel. It is a great safe place for children and also make for a perfect honeymoon or anniversary destination.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There are so many outdoor activities to enjoy here: going to the beach, surfing, stand up paddling, horseback riding, hiking, sightseeing, taking a boat charter along the Napali Coast, cayaking, camping, biking, etc..
I enjoy getting a spa treatment at the Anara Day Spa at the Hyatt - if you enjoy the spa the facial is perfect.
My husband and I met at culinary school and consider ourselves 'foodies'. There are some wonderful farmers markets here and fish markets with the fresh local catches of the day. Ahi is of course and island favorite and can be found at many of the restaurants throughout the island.
Whale watching is from December - April and is quite a site to see.
Some of the best golf courses in the US are located in Kauai.
We work with some activity providers that provide personalized hikes and activities that are 'off the beaten path' and truly show you what Kauai has to offer.
