We love this house because of the gorgeous views overlooking the golf course and the mountains to the south. The house is SURROUNDED with lush green grass (common spaces & golf course) and our children love to run and play games in the grass spaces.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The southern exposure of this home offers us sun all day long and the neighborhood is well kept and private. It is a gated community, so we feel safe letting the kids ride bikes inside the gates and swim just a short walk away.

We had a fabulous time at this condo with another couple. It so close to the pool for us girls and the guys had a great time playing on the course and stopping back at the condo for a snack while golfing. It was very comfortable with all the amenities needed. Thank you for sharing, we hope to make again!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend in April in La Quinta, with beautiful weather and great golf. The unit is roomy and well equipped for two couples. We liked the location - quiet and spacious but close to dining, golf and activities. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this great condo. It was nicer than expected, very spacious and very nicely furnished. Both master bedrooms are perfect. We loved the outdoor patio areas and spectacular views of the surrounding Santa Rosa Mountains. We were on a golfing trip and really enjoyed the courses nearby, especially Arnold Palmer's Silver Rock course, just a mile away. We also really enjoyed visiting Old Town La Quinta and the historic La Quinta Resort, just down the road. This is a beautiful, well maintained condo in a super location.

I went to the home for a girls weekend and we had a wonderful time. The location is great...scenic, peaceful and close to everything you need. The home was nicely updated, well equipped and well kept. The master bathroom literally has room for 6 girls to have mirror space at once! I can't think of anything else we could have needed. The photos don't really capture how light and bright it was with all of the patio doors and picture windows to the patio/golf course. There are three convenient pools and we had one all to ourselves. Thank you!

My sister and I needed some one-on-one time and escaped our daily lives for a weekend of fun and relaxation. This home was the PERFECT place for our getaway. It is comfortable, spacious, well decorated. The location is private and with amazing views of the golf course and mountains. Access to everything we needed was surprisingly easy. There were nearby grocery stores, great restaurants, trails to hike, fun shopping and local activities, like the farmers market....we looked these up on the computer provided to guests at the house! When we wanted to cook we found a well-stocked kitchen and nice BBQ. And to relax in the evening, we watched our favorite shows and sporting events that we had DVR'd from the day. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for anything more than additional vacation time! Thank you for your attention to detail ensuring a memorable trip!

I highly recommend this lovely home to anyone looking for a desert getaway. It is beautifully furnished and very inviting. Our group of 8 ladies was very comfortable here. Every detail of this home is planned with hospitality in mind.

The one level open floor plan is excellent! Lots of room for everyone! Well decorated and maintained! There are two patios to enjoy. I loved that feature. One is located off the master bedroom. What a wonderful way to start or end the day! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook up a big meal or just enjoy cocktails and appetizers. This is well located in beautiful La Quinta. There is a terrific park nearby with tennis courts and a super playground for kids. Near wonderful shopping area and Old Town La Quinta. I have stayed here twice and would stay again!

When I arrived at the house it was even nicer than it had looked in the photos. The inside and outside were meticulously maintained and tastefully decorated. The location is on a quiet golf course which is relaxing to look out one while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the patio. The house is conveniently located such that you can walk to get a latte, do a little shopping or play tennis. There are a couple of pools right nearby in the neighborhood that kids would enjoy as well. I would definitely recommend this property to friends.
