Direct Ocean Front One Bedroom condo, just steps to our sandy beach (beach towels provided). You can swim or snorkel with turtles right outside your condo! You will also see whales October through May! There is a large fresh water pool on the mountain side of the commplex which is solar heated. This is a complete apartment with all the comforts of home. Full kitchen, washer/dryer in condo, hi speed internet, cable TV in living room and bedroom. We are centrally located between Kaanapali and Kapalua, and close to shopping and restaurants. Walk to farmer's market & coffee shoppe. Ten minutes from Lahaina town, award winning golf courses and Lahaina harbor where most of the boats leave for Maui's great ocean activities. Our condo is perfect for honeymooners, 2 people, or a small family. There is a sofa bed in the living room for an extra guest. Make this your home away from home while exploring the wonders of Maui! Thank you for providing such a beautiful place to be, inside and out. You have so many nice touches to enjoy. Whales, turtles! Friendly neighbors, and the view is fabulous. We hate to leave, but grateful for such a great find. Our first trip to Maui, and if we come again, it will for sure, be right back here.

Back for a 2 week stay. What a paradise - we love this place. Been coming to Makani Sands for over 25 years. Absolutely the best, we have our own piece of paradise right here for 2 weeks. Weather was great. Thank you for the lovely room....be back again next year. The turtles are a miracle!

We just wanted to say thank you for the most incredible trip of our life. Our stay there at the Makani Sands was awesome. The spotless beautiful grounds, perfect pool, great accommodations, BBQ overlooking the ocean, and the most incredible sea life right in front of the condo on the beach is something we would not trade for anything. This has left a huge footprint in both our hearts. We will be back!

We again had a wonderful stay! While here, two whales gave birth out in front of the condo!! Weather here was just beautiful, especially when we heard it was bitter cold back home in Wisconsin. Went to Holy Ghost church in Kula. Beautuful painted wood carvings and lots of gold. Also scenic views upcountry. Hope to return again. Mahalo!

Dear Makani Sands. Our 10 day stay was great! the reef out front if great for snorkeling, even saw turtles. On good days you see plenty of fish in the reef and near the rocks. Get water shoes because the rocks can be sharp and there can be sea urchins. It's great being right on the beach, and you can go there every day, and it is nice hearing the waves break at night. We hope to return.

We came to Maui to see a family member get married. Our time here was fabulous. The condo was great. Everything we needed was available. The best part was the ocean front view....it was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was the perfect size and setup for myself, my husband and our six year old son. We always celebrate our Anniversary on Maui, and this was our best trip so far! We had been married 10 years. We will be back next year.
