Our loft offers everything for the perfect Durango vacation. Walk directly out the back door to the Animas River Trail. From here it is a short 1 1/4 mile walk to downtown Durango. Recently a Natures Oasis Grocery, Butcher Shop, and Wine Store opened directly across the river from us so now everything you need is within 1/4 mile walking distance.
For the fisherman, drink coffee on the upstairs balcony and watch the trout working the river. Grab your gear, take a few short steps out the the door, and you are fly fishing on a stretch of Gold Medal trout waters. Enjoy mountain biking? Rent bikes downtown and use the river trail to take you to numerous trail heads and some of the finest single track biking trails in the country.
Our loft has been professionally decorated with guest comfort our highest priority.
