Walk across the street to the best beach in Rockport- Cape Hedge Beach. Drive 2 miles in one direction to the picturesque artist's colony of downtown Rockport with its famous Motif #1 and Bearskin Neck or 2 miles in the other direction to the oldest commercial fishing community in North America, featured in the film "The Perfect Storm" for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing.
Enjoy the expansive wrap-around deck built into the rocks with separate areas for cooking-out, lounging, sun-bathing or star-gazing over an outdoor fire pit. Park as many as four cars in the front garden area. But don't worry about driving to the "Residents Only Parking" at the beach because you can carry your beach chairs and picnic down the private lane to the beach or walk back home to shower on the secluded back deck and lunch on the spacious front porch.

Merci beaucoup for the lovely time in your house. We loved your deck and great location near Long Beach. The children had a great time and it will be great memories for my parents too. They are taking with them a lot of good pictures.
