This little oceanfront community has only 6 duplex style homes with their own private entrance and decks. The two vacation rentals have identical floor plans, with the master bedroom and bathroom above the living room, and the queen bedroom to the opposite end at the lower level. The second bathroom is next to the bedroom on the entrance level, as is the laundry room with a washer and dryer. The parking is directly adjacent to the particular home.
