Cute, cute and safe, safe and so very convenient to everything. You can see the faces of the riders on the floats as they pass by. Every amenity provided including FREE, secure and locked parking and 24/7 security guards. This is a must for those that want to visit NOLA. Would love to have a full time renter furnished or unfurnished; one year lease. In 2007 St. Charles Ave. was named one of America's top 10 avenues by The American Planning Association. We are convenient to the CBD, French Quarter, warehouse district, Superdome, convention center, most medical hospitals. Touro is just a few blocks uptown. Streetcar out the front door can take you almost anyplace you want to go. Mardi Gras world is now just a few blocks away and now on this side of the river. The Insectitarium (BUG museum), DDay museum, Aquarium, World Trade Center, arts district, Magazine Street, it's all right here.

Why the Owner Chose New Orleans

We love the lower garden district. This area was voted one of the top 10 boulevards in the country in 2007.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

Easy to get everywhere. We use the streetcar to go to the CBD, warehouse district, French Quarter, uptown, anywhere we want to go. If we don't want to use the streetcar we grab a taxi. It costs about $ 6.00 for two people to ride to the other end of the FQ. Much cheaper than parking there. There must be at least 10 restaurants within 3 blocks of this condo. Emeril's, The Melting Pot, and Houston's being some of the more well known ones.
