The lower level has the game room with pool table, game table, wide screen TV, wet bar, full sized refrigerator and an ice maker. There is also a half bath and a master bedroom with two bunks. The mid level offers three king master bedrooms, a queen master bedroom, a den with electronics and the laundry area. The top level features a king master bedroom, a half bath, the living area with gas fireplace and a separate elevated sitting area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. The hot tub is located on the top deck. Sheets and towels provided all year.
No smoking inside, well behaved house broken dogs OK however pet damages NOT covered by security deposit waiver fee. 50% down to reserve, the remainder due 45 days prior to arrival.
