Crestview Lodge offers wooded solitude yet is minutes from all the action on Tahoe’s south shore. It is approximately 3 miles from the casinos and the Heavenly gondola at the state line, and a 10 minute drive to the Heavenly Nevada ski lodges. This 1,700 square foot home has beautiful forest, lake and mountain views.
The great room, with exposed beam ceilings and large stone fireplace, is an inviting spot to relax and a spacious spot to entertain. Wall to wall windows look out on a large deck. Lake and mountain views from the great room and the deck. Super spot to sip a libation and watch a spectacular sunset. Gas BBQ on the deck. Dining can easily accommodate 8-12 people.
Master bedroom has king bed, other bedrooms have queen beds. One car garage and driveway parking for 4-5 cars. Room for skis and snow gear in the garage.
