Experience Hilton Head Island in luxury and comfort when you stay in this beautiful, 3 bedroom & 3.5 bath, Palmetto Dunes Resort home. Beveled glass double entry doors make a distinctive first impression as you enter a home where the decor is a perfect blend of old and new, highlighted by original artwork and natural outdoor vistas. To the left of the beautifully tiled foyer is a very traditional living/dining room with a cathedral ceiling and hardwood flooring.
The formal dining area has a large table with seating for 6, an antique armoire, and a bay window with a nature & partial lagoon view. In the adjacent living room are a very tasteful & comfortable seating group, and a large-screen TV. Straight through the foyer is a more contemporary great room that begins with the family room, which features a fireplace, an entertainment center with TV/DVD, a family-size sofa, a well-stocked bookcase, and a large slider door to a covered patio, where there is an outdoor dining table for 6 that overlooks the landscaped grounds, the large pool with a soothing waterfall, and the peaceful lagoon beyond.
The breakfast area of this room has a table for 4 set in front of a sunny bay window and a side slider door that opens to the outdoor cooking area of the patio featuring both gas & charcoal grills. Last, but definitely not least, is the dream kitchen, defined by an L-shaped dining/serving/bar counter with 3 barstools, a unique bar sink, an ice maker, and a built-in wine rack. To that add all granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a pantry closet, generous cabinetry, and direct access to the formal dining room.
Back to the entry foyer and off to the right, a hallway leads to a full bath, a large laundry room, bedroom #1 with 2 twin beds, a TV, and a private bath, and bedroom #2 also with 2 twin beds, as well as a lovely marble-topped antique dresser. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a cathedral ceiling, a large walk-in closet, an antique armoire, a TV, a large slider door opening directly to the pool deck, and a private bath with double vanities, a ladies dressing table, a spacious walk-in shower, and a skylight/moonlit spa tub.
In addition to the heatable pool (fees apply to pool heats), other outdoor amenities include a shower, and a convenient bath/dressing room. Tennis package included (one hour per day at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center)!!
Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.

I'm writing to tell you that we could not be happier with your home. It was the perfect choice for the rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding. The weather could not have been more perfect. The home was everything and more regarding what we were hoping for. Honestly I don't think the photos on VRBO do it justice. It is beautiful. We were traveling with my wife's mother who is in her mid 80's and doesn't do stairs well. As you know many of the homes here have 12 or more steps just to get to the main floor. Your home fit all of our need perfectly. The wedding is over and the kids are gone so my wife and I are here alone just enjoying the space.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

We really enjoy our trips to HHI and this was the second year we stayed here. Last year we thought it needed a little loving care,but thought the weather really does a number on these properties. We would stay again , but hope it would be spruced up a little. We do love the location. We really don't use the kitchen at all and the house is bigger than we need, but we enjoy it any way. Please get your hot tub back!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

This was our third time vacationing in Hilton Head and it was by far the best accommodations. The location in Palmetto Dunes was perfect and very close to everything on the island. The house was amazing!! Very clean and bright with all the modern conveniences. The owner is wonderful!! We especially enjoyed the pool and the 2 minute walk to the beach!!! We will definitely be booking this house again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

When you look for a house for a vacation you want one that that is homely, clean and with excellent owners. With this home you get all of this and more. The house is amazing, really big rooms, so much space and so comfortable. The kitchen is amazing, looks brand new and has all the kitchen items that you will ever need. Bedrooms are really big with massive bathrooms. Pool with the view of the lagoon is so peaceful. House is located in a quiet part of Palmetto Dunes with easy bike access to beach and beyond. What can you say about the owners, they obviously spend a lot of time in the home and it shows, they have made it a home away from home and are a pleasure to work with, good communication and little extras that show they want to make sure you enjoy your stay. Will definitely be the first place we check is available next time we are on Hilton Head.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

What a pleasant surprise this was! We had never been to Palmetto Dunes and truly enjoyed the location, the beach, and the home. It was perfect for 8 of us. We enjoyed the pool which provided good shade and great sun. Great restaurants and everything we needed was very close by. Safe, fun, and a gorgeous home. We would go back.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

My friends and I rented this house for one week and I have to say, we had a wonderful stay! The house is gorgeous....clean, well organized, spacious, and with very modern amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and patio every day there. It's in a beautiful location (Palmetto Dunes) and is extremely private and peaceful. The beach was walking distance, although we had more fun riding our bikes there. We enjoyed many memorable meals at the gorgeous dining table and the kitchen was just perfect for my friend and I who love to cook...great utensils and kitchenware as well. I would certainly love to return here for another vacation....highly recommend it!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My husband & I recently rented this home for a week in May. It was everything we wanted and more. We hosted our son's wedding rehearsal dinner there and it could have not been more perfect. The floor plan is so open and inviting. The pool is amazing so peaceful. The owner is excellent to work with. Everyone who came to the house loved it and felt right at home. The pictures are great but truly the house is so much more once you are there. We strongly reccommend you consider this home for your vacation . I know we will for sure be back.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
