This Spacious 3800 Sq Ft house is fully equipped for fun and comfort. Perfect for family and friends of ALL ages.

With two oversized Master Suites; en suite Master bathrooms, this house caters to couples who are looking to spend their holiday enjoyment with their parents and children,
or families that love to travel with their friends.

Every room opens to the extraordinary private Lake view with the exception of the two Twin bedrooms and bathroom. The home is situated in a horseshoe pattern with a Master Suite at each end of the house. Domed ceilings through out make the inside feel as though you are outside.

12 large floor to ceiling glass doors open to the lanai which extends to the patio for another 2000 Sq Feet of out door living space.

Outside you will find a Hot Tub and wood burning fireplace to enjoy as you sit back and watch the amazing sunset; grill your steaks and shrimp on the stainless steel gas grill.

A two seater; foot propelled paddle boat for enjoying the 50 acre lake and all its wildlife is at your disposal, including a island looming in its center.

Located in the front is a Basketball hoop and ball for a little outdoor exercise. Horseshoes and croquet are also available to use on the acre of land the house sits on.

The house has an array of games to chose from located in the game closet, along with endless books to take in some of Florida's outstanding history, and wildlife information.

An open kitchen with self catering has everything you could possibly need for your cooking enjoyment, there are also endless restaurants to take in as well as delivery to your door.

There are 3 separate dining areas with more than enough room to spare. The two twin bedrooms share a Bathroom with shower and tub.

Between the 3.5 bathrooms there is a total of 3 showers, 2 bathtubs and 4 toilets.

When you arrive you will be greeted with a basket of fresh Florida fruit and a little starter kit of Coffee, shampoo, soap, and a few other essentials to make it easier for you to just relax.
