We chose to build this house at Pickwick Lake because it is such a beautiful atmosphere up there. We love the water and love being out on the lake. Pickwick is such a clean lake and offers so much for so many different people in so many different ways.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our house is located in the northern most foothills of Mississippi. Its where 3 states meet, the land is so beautiful and is constantly changing with the seasons. There is so much to offer year round from the Fall folage feels like your in the smoky mountains, to the warm summer where you can enjoy the clear water everything from Hiking, skiing, canoeing, fishing, golfing are just some of the things that make our place special. The others are just the laid back atmosphere.

perfect location - a short 2 minute drive to the marina. we went with another couple (4 adults and 5 kids) and there was plenty of room for sleeping. It was hard to feed everyone from the same table but you could go out on the large deck as well. The only complaint we had was the temperature was hard to keep comfortable downstairs - it was a little stuffy and hot. The shower upstairs isn't suited well for tall people. We would/will stay there again!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My husband, son and I spent 4th of July weekend at Pickwick Heights. It is everything advertised and more. The owner was wonderfully friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. Super responsive to emails. The house is new and nicely furnished. We had such a great, relaxing weekend that it was extremely hard to come home when it was over.
