One of Steamboat's best locations! A price you can afford, with good amenities, and walking distance to everything.
From the building entrance, it is about 100 yards to the base area ski slopes and the Christie III lift. The Christie Express Lift and the Gondola are just 50 more yards away. Torian Plum Plaza, Gondola Square, and the whole base area is easy walking distance, putting this condo in a great location for access to restaurants, bars, ski rental shops, etc. You also have 2 transportation centers for getting to other parts of town on Steamboat's free city shuttle service.
Leave your skis in the heated ski locker area at the building entrance. There is a ski locker dedicated to each condo, with room for 4 sets of skis or snowboards. The condo is up one floor from the entrance, accessed via the elevator or steps.
Once inside the condo, you'll find a living room with 20 foot ceilings, Queen pull out couch, loveseat, fireplace, TV & DVD. Also on this level is the fully equipped kitchen with nice appliances, as well as a full bathroom.
The loft bedroom is just upstairs from the living room. A recent remodel added a 1/2 bathroom on this level. The bedroom has a nice Queen bed, armchair, and TV. There is space for your belongings as well.
Up the elevator 2 floors you will find the spa area. Here there are restrooms, a sauna, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, and a sundeck for summer guests.
Use the underground parking and leave your car there, or don't bring one at all! The free bus system stops just steps away in Ski Time Square, right by the Tugboat bar & grill.
Burgess Creek runs by right out front, and there is space for tossing the frisbee in this grassy area. or for building snowmen in winter.
