This Non-Smoking home is two years old(and on picturesque Brigham Cove) with a dock for swimming and fishing. It is a picture postcard with sailboats, lobster boats and boats moored down front. The wide ocean around the corner always has sailboats and kayakers and is only five minutes from the famous Basin. The whole Phippsburgh Peninsula is absolutely beautiful.

Situated in a quiet area, this home is just eight minutes from historic Bath with antique shops, restauraunts, and museums. It is close to Cook's Corner-Brunswick and Freeport's LL Bean. It is on the other side of famous Popham Beach and Reid State Park and by boat you can be over to Cundy's Harbor for lunch or to Boothbay. We've done our first year and people loved the house and it's location.

The home is on a whole acre of green grass and 200 feet back from the ocean/dock,with plenty room for kids to play. Fishing and swimming is perfect off the dock! It's also a great place to get away for a winter retreat! It truly is a beautiful serene quiet place to stay in a perfect location.

The house works well for a couple families as the downstairs is a unit in itself with a gourmet- italian kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom and family room with porch. The upstairs has two bedrooms, jacuzzi, one and a half baths, fully - equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, with wrap-around porches to sit on. Have meals together as you like! The stoves are commercial and fun to cook on.

It's a real beautiful house and centered amongst so many things to do if you choose to leave the property! People that visited didn't mind when it rained as they enjoyed the house so much!
