the home is truly beautiful; large, spacious. We loved the mulitple floors. Most appealing is the quiet lake cove it sits in. Very well maintained. Really a first class property, inside and out. We would recommend it to our family and friends and would hope it's available the next time we're in the area.

For the second year in a row, my family and I enjoyed this beautiful home for our Thanksgiving Extravaganza. It is just perfect for multi families because of its size and layout---my brother has two small children and the downstairs works perfectly for them to get up early, nap, and go to bed early without the rest of the family bothering them. The owners are so easy to work with and are always only a phone call away to help with any situation (like boat problems) or to ask any questions of them. The area surrounding the home is beautiful and quiet (except when our brood was outside). And because this home is pet friendly, our canine family was able to be a part of our holiday. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone who loves to feel like they are secluded but have the Ritz, Publix, Filet (great steakhouse) and movie theater within a few miles. We can't wait to go back!

We recently attended a wedding for some very close friends at the Ritz Carlton on Reynolds Plantation. We decided to make a vacation out of the weekend and rented this lake house for 4 days. It was a great decision! The house was extremely affordable, there was plenty to do and the owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. Honestly, the only thing better than the house was the weather. We probably spent half or our vacation outside on the deck, patio and dock. I highly recommend visiting Reynolds Plantation and staying at this lake house. Just avoid booking around mid-October 2012 because we are most likely coming back for our friend's 1-year wedding anniversary!

We take a trip every year to attend a Masters practice round and play golf in the area. This year the group was larger (8 guys), so we needed a large house. This place was perfect--convenient, clean and comfortable. The back porch was great for relaxing after a long day. Sharon was very easy to work with. We plan to return, as everyone enjoyed staying there. We would absolutely recommend this home for a group or family. It is a beautiful home in a quiet, pretty setting.

What an amazing way to bring in the New Year. Our family of 15 had the best time. The house is gorgous and spacious.. Plenty of room for young families to have privacy, get babies laid down for naps and yet interact with each other with ease. Everything about this place is first class. The beds are all very comfortable,a very important feature in our family. It rained one day during our stay but we had plenty to keep us busy and lots of lovely views of the lake from every window. We will be back!

Hi Sharon, Just wanted to pass along a note thanking you for use of your house at Oconee this past weekend. Something about Reynolds Plantation that makes you feel a world away from Atlanta. Beautiful house, weather was perfect and we had a blast! It was the first time in many years that we’ve all gotten together and the first time we had my Dad around all of the grand kids over night. It was really good for him. Saturday night we had four generations of our family at dinner so that was really cool as well. Everything was perfect! Hope to do it again next year.

My parents, their friends, and other family members had the pleasure of staying at Ms. Sharon's house. It was perfect! There was a welcome gift left for them. What a great gesture and surprise. The view of the lake is stunning. The yard is well maintained and looked great. The rooms were great and the common areas were spacious to hold everyone. The back porch was the place to be. I had the the opportunity to stay their one night. Wish I could have stayed longer, but I had to move in with my groomsmen. It is a perfect house to stay at while at Lake Oconee. My parents are still talking about their stay. Sharon is great to work with. She was very accommodating. Her attention to detail and that she assisted my parents with their stay will forever be remembered. She was a vital part of my wedding weekend.....I know she will be glad to help you with a week/weekend that you will not forget. The note she sent me in the mail was another great gesture!! This house is perfect! Thanks again!!

I recently spent the weekend at this beautiful home. There were 8 of us "girls" staying there. The house was absolutely perfect for us--lots of room for everyone. The property was in excellent condition, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I also can't say enough about working with the owner. Sharon answered all of our questions promptly and made the process so easy for us. There was only one problem--we didn't want to leave!

This was the first holiday of its type for our family and what a wonderful and memorable way to discover property rentals and lakeside activities in such a pituresque location. We were 7 adults in total and arrived fully laden for an adventure packed few days.... jet skis, kayaks, bicycles, fishing gear etc. The property is in a secluded spot on the lake with minimal surrounding water traffic so swimming straight off the dock was completely safe and we left our jet ski's moored at the dock for the duration. The house is homey, tastefully furnished and as many other reviews have made reference to, is big enough and laid out in a way that everybody had their own space. The house is very well equipped and whether it was indoors or out, we were able to keep everyone fully entertained. Sharon is an exceptional host and the whole transaction was hassle free and simple and we would not hesitate in recommending the Levison family home to anyone looking for a trip to the lake with a touch of class.

My large family recently had a wonderful reunion at this perfect location. We meet yearly for a week of boating, tubing, fishing golfing etc. This house fit our needs perfectly. The bunk area was great for the teenagers in your family, who have a tendency to stay up late and expect to sleep in. We didn't hear a thing from the night owls. The photos of the house and the lake do not do justice to the house. There is also a table and chairs on the boat dock that most have been added later. My family has been doing this for years and one of the surprising things about the kitchen is that it is very well stocked, with dishes, including extra large pots and serving dishes. The only thing missing was the extra refrigerator and ice maker that our family needed. We eat in all week. The beds were extremely comfortable, We really enjoyed the game room, and played a lot of cards and misc games. We all have lap tops and it was nice to have wifi there. My brother loved the golf course. Any family of all kinds and age groups would love this house. This is on our list of houses to go to again.

I simply cannot say enough good things about this house and the experience we had in renting it and being there for three nights. It is obvious that this is a loved private residence because even though it is shared with others, it is in perfect shape and met and exceeded our expectations. Sharon was so very nice to deal with and Mike got us the perfect tee times we wanted at the course we wanted to play. The caretaker, came by while we were there just to introduce himself and ask if he could do anything for us. We even got to meet the housekeeper who was very nice to us. And finally, the Reynolds development is probably the most beautiful I have visited. I'm talking about not only the common areas, but all the homes appear to be so well maintained and the landscaping on them all is just beautiful. If you are looking for a wonderful, large home in beautiful surroundings owned by nice people you will find it here.

Our family had a wonderful time at the Lake House over Mother's Day weekend. We were celebrating the marriage of our son and 13 family members stayed at the house. We ranged in age from 3 to 72 and there was a quiet spot for everyone. We used all the rooms including the bonus room above the garage and the bunk room on the lower level. The spacious lower level was perfect for our daughter and her husband and the two young children as they had play space and as well as room for quiet time. They loved swimming in the lake and using their riding toys around the big circular driveway The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, beautifullly landscaped and very livable. We felt very much at home. The kitchen is wonderful and well equipped and with its big table was a favorite gathering spot as well as the deck. The location is great and is close to the Ritz-Carlton Lodge which made it convenient for the wedding activities. The Lake House property has plenty of parking which was great as most of our family members drove their own cars. Sharon was very helpful in arranging all of the gate passes for our "comings and goings" throughout the weekend. We would certainly love to return one day for another family get- together. Thanks, Sharon, for making our three day weekend so much fun and so easy! What great memories!

Rented house for a wedding at Ritz. Had plenty of social and private areas for whole group of 10 adults and 5 small children. Had another family stay nearby but liked our house better so we had Birthday party friday night at our house. Very close to Ritz. We also had great time with kids fishing on dock. Work advise every family to chose this place for your summer lake fun or if you have business at The Ritz. All the Pictures where accurate. And Sharon was the best and easiest to work with. She made us feel like we where just family using the house.

We just returned from a fantastic weekend at the lake house. We had a family of 8 and 3 dogs (the kids gave this as a Christmas present to the parents) We enjoyed a great walk around the lake and the dogs enjoyed the water. The house was amazing. Each room was decorated beautifully. The family room was a great place for all of us to gather. We really enjoyed our stay. Working with Sharon on the contract and money was very easy. We will hopefully be back sometime soon. Thanks again

poem by 11 year old Elie Levine of NY CITY: Thanksgiving of 2009, We eat,we drink,we festively dine. Our family came from near and far- From California Atlanta,New York to where we are. The weather was great [my,it's almost December!]We've had a vacation we'll always remember. We played in the leaves, we went on a boat...we didn't even have to wear a coat! We curled up each night and watched a movie. Playing 'BANANAGRAMS' sure was groovy. We hula hooped it was so much fun. This house is quite a pretty one. Thank you for letting us into your home. We enjoyed the time away from our own.

Our family rented the Levison's lake house for a long weekend to celebrate my son's wedding! The ceremony took place at Cuscowilla, hence Reynolds Plantation served as a convenient location to lodge out-of-town family and entertain guests.

We stayed for Labor Day 2009. The house was fantastic...clean, private and plenty of room for our large family (9 people total). I was able to pull my boat up to their dock and especially loved the privacy of this cove. We are already talking about renting it again next summer. Sharon was a fantastic host and made sure erverything was handled. Her housekeeper even found our camera after we checked out and returned it! Thanks for a fantastic weekend, can't wait to rent it again.

Comment Rating: positive We had a great time at this lakehouse. We had 4 families and had plenty of room. The house is very comfortable and the Levison's could not have been better hosts. The kids had a wonderful time swimming in the lake. We brought a boat which we docked at the lakehouse and the kids had a great time tubing and sight-seeing. The men played golf one day and the women visited the spa at the Ritz. I would highly recommend this property. We hope to return again next summer.

I can't say enough about this wonderful home. I have rented numerous properties from VRBO in the US and internationally and this was the best. The location in Reynolds Plantation is top notch and on a super luxury cove. The property is unbelievable and has everything you need and then some. You truly felt like you were staying in a friend's home rather than a rental. Best of all we were allowed to bring our dogs and they had the best time running on the large lot and enjoying life. We especially loved the large dock with table and chairs to sit out on and gaze at the stars at night and the stone patio on the ground floor of the house facing the lake. Sharon is a great host and does all she can to make sure everything goes well. You can't go wrong with this house and will no doubt have a memorable experience. Make sure to rent a boat and take advantage of the waterfront location. We can't wait to come back!

Sharon,We had a blast. Your home is amazing. It was such a relaxing time. We had family down from Illinois and both my sisters and their family came, and we got to spend some quality time with everyone. We took our boat and my husband really appreciated the fact that you had a dock. Since we have been home, all of my family has called or emailed and said what a great time that they had and how they appreciated me finding such a beautiful place for us to spend the weekend. Well, I told them that you were kind enough to rent it to me at the last minute, and that you made sure that everything was perfect for us……so I really lucked out on this one. Not all of my rental experiences have been very good to say the least but this was the best by far. You will definitely be hearing from me again. Thanks so much,Melanie
