Create fantastic memories during your relaxing vacation at our third row, three-story beautiful beach home with heated pool. With the beach only a minute walk away, you will easily enjoy uncrowded swimming, shelling, walking and relaxing on the gorgeous sand beaches. At home, you will enjoy gorgeous ocean and sound views from upper and lower decks while relaxing on lounge chairs, eating dinner outside, or swinging on the porch swing. The home is beautifully designed to meet the needs of family vacationers in a comfortable, attractive style.

The third level offers a relaxing living room with ocean views, an HDTV with digital video recorder and movie channels, DVD/VCR and a CD player. Books and games are provided for your enjoyment. The dining room offers wonderful ocean and sunset views, and the kitchen is stocked with a wide array of cooking utensils, spices and cookware. There is a microwave, coffee pot, coffee grinder, blender, mixer, toaster and dishwasher. Separate seating is available at the island bar. There is a 1/2 bath on the top level. Gorgeous ocean views and sunsets may be enjoyed from the rockers and cushioned chaise lounges on the front deck, as well as at the outdoor dining table. The smaller back deck offers sound views as well as a gas grill.

Four brightly decorated bedrooms are on the second level and two full baths (one with a shower/bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower with seat). The first bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV and a sliding door out to the porch deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV, DVD player, a separate entrance to a shared bathroom, and a sliding door to the porch deck. The third bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed with a cable television (with input for video games) and a DVD/VCR for watching movies. A variety of children's videos are located in the dresser of this room as well. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and a cable television.

On the ground floor, you will find a laundry room stocked with beach chairs, pool toys and a beach umbrella. There is a fully-enclosed hot/cold outside shower as well. The fifth bedroom has a separate entrance and is also on the ground level with a queen bed, cable television with VCR, a CD player, ceiling fan and walk-in shower. Outside on the driveway, your children will enjoy playing basketball with the basketball hoop, and on the lawn, they will enjoy soccer with the large soccer goal.

The beautiful outdoor pool area is completely fenced in with a gate lock to ensure child safety. The pool will be heated to 85 degrees for an extra $100 per week. The 14' x 24' pool has steps, a basketball hoop, and a seating area in the deeper end (approximately 6 feet deep). There are two chaise lounges for sunbathing and relaxing, as well as a dining table with swivel rocker chairs. The yard is beautifully landscaped for a tropical feel, and there is plenty of covered and open parking.

There are children's toys, as well as a high chair, pack 'n play and sippy cups. High speed wireless internet is also available at no additional fee.

Optional Additional fees:
$100 per week to heat pool to 85 degrees
$115 per week for bed linens and towels (regular linens)
$190 per week for higher thread count linens (with the beds made upon arrival)

Must be 25 or older to rent. Rents Saturday-Saturday. NO SMOKING!
