Why the Owner Chose Trevignano Romano
For ten years, I have been looking specifically in Trevignano Romano for a land with unique lake views. One day I found it, the next day I bought it. Trevignano is famous for its wonderful nature, its sweet climate in all seasons, its unpolluted , romantic lake, its excellent restaurants, and its extremely privileged geographical location: Very close to Rome and the Vatican, at the cross roads between Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria. And the Views are just unparalled. We built it right from the foundations with all the love of the world. When we retire, we shall certainly leave Rome where we presently live, and settle in this beautiful villa, inset in its own splendid park, with its own pool, and its own olive trees from which we already make our own extra virgin olive oil. We loved it from the first moment, and shall love it all our life.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
When I am at the villa, I tremendously enjoy waking up in the morning, sitting in the patio with my cappuccino, and letting the beauty of the views invade my soul! I feel good, relaxed and very happy. I also thouroughly enjoy jumping into the pool and having a refreshing swim in total privacy, then lazing by the pool, and at lunch time grilling my steak on the BBQ and sipping an excellent glass of chilled Italian wine. At the end of the day, the colours of sunset wich the lake reflect, are overwhelming and magical. THIS is paradise.
The villa is located on a hill side, dominating Lake Bracciano and the green Roman Countryside, at around 800 meters from the village centre and the lake beaches. I am an enthusiastic person, optimistic by nature. I love travelling, adore gardening, devour books, love jazz, blues, classical music, and painting on silk and I am very much attached to my family. I have 2 mottoes: Communicate with and listen to the others, and the tone makes the music. One day I saw a plot of land with stunning lake,mountain and countryside views, the next day I bought it. My husband and I built the villa on this land right from the foundation and we did it exactly as we imagined our dream home.
