The Lodges offers an extremely private, woodsy location and super quiet experience while being very close to the Base Village (access via shuttle buses in 3 minute drive).
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The restaurants and food are superb everywhere we go. We are surrounded by nature - even when indoors due to the expansive windows everywhere. It snowed the first night we were there and it was like the snow was falling in the living room. God's country.

We went to Steamboat in 2011 to stay with friends for a week and fell in love with the area, the town folks, the nature, and the skiing. Stay one week at the Lodge at Burgess Creek and you'll be making plans to come back whenever you can!!!!

This was our 2nd year staying at the lodge. Some very nice features. Small shuttle picks you up at doorstep and drops off at hill. You can call anytime and they will be there in 15 minutes. This is a very nice feature. Home is very big and has high end furniture, appliances. Nothing is cheaped out on this property. If we go to steamboat again next year this is where we will stay.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family + 1 other enjoyed an excellent 8 days at the Lodges of Burgess Creek. The rental was exactly as advertised, no negative surprises. The house is to a high standard, and we especially appreciated the excellent shuttle service to/from the piste. The shuttle runs to an exact schedule and allowed easy delivery / pick-up to the base transit area and Thunder Head chair lift. The house easily accommodated our group of 9. We made daily use of the nice hot tub. Having checked around extensively at rentals prior to making this booking, I know that this house represented excellent value.

WE HAD HIGH EXPECTATIONS BASED ON RECOMMENDATIONS BUT OUR EXPECTATIONS WERE GREATLY EXCEEDED. WELL APPOINTED, WONDERFULLY DECORATED, COMFORTABLE, DEEP SLEEP, GREAT TVS, WIFI, HOT TUB. EVERY AMENITY IMAGINABLE. VERY QUIET AND RESTFUL. AND OF COURSE, GREAT SKIING. CLOSE TO DOZENS OF GREAT PLACES TO EAT AND GROCERIES AND SPORTING GOODS. BAKERS AND GREAT COFFEE BLOCKS AWAY. READY-TO-EAT CARRY-OUT CATERING WITHIN 1 MILE. GREAT HOME. GREAT LOCATION.
