$3000/weekend .. $7500/week (weekend is Friday 10am to Sunday 6pm)
$1000 refundable security deposit (placed in trust account)
$250 cleaning fee
Non-Refundable Deposit of 1/2 of rental price required to book property
Additional $50 per person/per day; $25 per child under 13/per day (Groups Over 20)
$50 for dogs under 15 lbs. Limited to pets 15 lbs or less.
