This large 900 square foot apartment is in an amazing location on the corner of 6th Ave and 15th St. The apartment is fully and luxuriously furnished and includes a full kitchen with full size gas stove and a dishwasher. Everything is neat and clean. It has 1 queen size bed in the large bedroom and 1 very comfortable pull out queen in the very large living room. It also has a computer with high speed internet in the study and you can also bring your own laptop and plug it into the wireless router or use the wireless connection. The building has a doorman, laundry facility in the basement, elevator, and garage under the building which costs $24/night. If your looking to visit and explore NYC this rental is in the most perfect location. It is located in the center of it all, 1 block north of the West Village in Chelsea and just about every subway line stops on 14th St to get you anywhere in Manhattan in no time at all.
-There is no smoking allowed in the apartment but you can smoke on the patio which stems from the living room.
-Maximum Occupancy: 4 person age 3 and older plus 2 additional age 3 and under for a total of 6 people.
-We have one crib AND a Pack n' Play available if needed.
