This large 860 square foot apartment is in a great location on the corner of 6th Ave and 15th St. The apartment is fully furnished including a full kitchen with full size gas stove and a dishwasher. Everything is neat and clean. It has 1 queen size bed in the large bedroom and 1 very comfortable pull out queen in the very large living room. It also has a computer with high speed internet and you can also bring your own laptop and plug it into the wireless router or use the wireless connection.
The building has a doorman, laundry facility in the basement, elevator, and garage under the building which costs $24/night. If your looking to visit and explore NYC this rental is in the most perfect location. It is located in the center of it all, just minutes from the heart of the West Village and just about every subway line stops on 14th St to get you anywhere in Manhattan in no time at all.
There is no smoking allowed in the apartment but you can smoke on the balcony which stems from the living room.

$25 each additional person per night maximum 4 persons plus 2 infants under 3 yrs
A 20% deposit is due at time of booking. Payable via PayPal.
The remaining 80% is due upon arrival.
There is a refundable $500 security deposit due upon check in.
